A nice lady came by and asked if we needed anything. I could spend all day looking for things. But we bought the trough and told us to pull around the to gate. I enjoy taking my dogs here for their baths and I believe that they enjoy it too. The tractor supply store offers everything that your pet will need to make the experience successful. The bath sinks are large and spacious. Now if you have a Great Dane or a larger I'm not sure how that will work for you but it's worth a try. I love the convenience of having everything at my fingertips and not having to bathe my dogs in my bath. Would definitely recommend. But not on Saturdays that's my day. read more

It's Tractor supply the service is great the selection is overwhelming and the value is great. If you can't find it the staff will help you. If you can't make up your mind because the selection is too big the staff will help you. The value is always top notch. Oh yeah and they sell chickens in the spring. After purchase I went outside to pick up T Posts and entry gate was closed. No assistance outside. Zero people to help. I called into the store on my cell and asked for the gate to be opened and was told by Ashley we are busy helping more important people, does your car have AC, just wait in your car. Today I had the most horrible experience at a Tractor Supply store! As we were walking in one of the ladies at the register told us we had to go and return the item we needed assistance with at the original store of purchase, without speaking to us or greeting us first, she said her manager told her to tell us that im assuming as he saw us walking from the parking lot. I asked her to call her manager for us. Here comes Bryon(the manager as per the lady stated) he spoke to me with disrespect from the get go! Told us he does not carry the item we were returning at his store thus we had to go back were we bought it from to return it, I stated to him his website and customer service support said otherwise. He proceeded to scan the receipts and treat me so disgustingly I was shocked. He threw the cash on the register and gave me the receipt to sign, I had payed with apple pay and he did not bother to ask if I just needed the money back on my card. He then proceeded to tell my husband "you sir, have a great day" i looked at him and turned around and left. This has to be the most humiliating disrespectful experience I have ever encountered. I cannot believe someone with such level of unprofessionalism and disrespect can be in the management team of any store. I had bought the items I was returning this same morning and had all my receipts, he just did not feel like taking the return and took the disrespectful way to handle it. Im pretty sure there are cameras at this store where upper management can see this poor behavior. read more

Love this TSC. Not as many clothing options as the ones in Ohio but in a pinch for jeans it was a success. Staff was warm and friendly. Easy to find with easy parking, ( but if you come in a certain direction you are forced to do a I turn to get into the lot.) Good selection of toddler clothing however not much for my 8 year old. Really awesome sale prices and great farm toy selections too. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, came for the self wash station. You have to stop at cashier first, they provide a towels $9.99 to use the wash station. Located at the back of the store, there is 2 wash stations and 2 dryer stations, nail clippers, furmirator brushes, hand brushes, they have selection of shampoo and conditioner for furry pets. read more

Not from the area, but was in the area. Rolled in to TSC to buy a plant or two. They had a very small selection out front. Well, pretty much all of them looked dead. I didn't make a purchase and headed across the street to the Depot of Home Improvement and found a very nice selection of plants. Went to this Tractor supplies store because I needed to get a (Roof)Top for my dog Kennel that I got for my 2 Dogs. I called and asked if they had a 10/10 Size, gave the guy that worked there the sku # of the item, and the guy said that they didn't have any in stock. I asked if I could put an order in for 1, and the guy said yes. I gave the guy my information for the order to be put in, he said they would give me a call when it arrives, I asked when it may arrive. He told me the truck comes on this date, I said oh ok, and thank you 4 putting the order in, and all that. Then the day was there and NO call yet, 2 days went by and I called and asked if it had arrived. They said yes, so my fiancée and I drove down there, and they are looking for it, and we were waiting in there for about 30minutes while they are looking for our merchandise and then finally they came out from the back and got a 10/5 for us, I said that's the wrong size. So I am upset, and we wasted gas and our time, and no merchandise that I waited 2 weeks for to arrived from the truck, so then I talked to a employee that worked there and I asked him if he could reorder it and give us a discount for this shipment this time, he (Jeremy) Said yes, I asked for at least(50%) off and he said he couldn't do that, and the most he can give us off is 15%. -------------------------------------------------- "LET ME JUST SAY THIS, WHEN PEOPLE SAY THEY CAN'T, IT'S NOT THAT THEY CAN'T IT'S THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO"))) -------------------------------------------------So I said ok, that's fine, cuz it's better then 10%. And then we put the order in again, finally a couple days go by, & they call me and said it's ready, so my fiancée & I drive back there again, & we arrive and then and employee eventually brought it out and it was the right package for the 2nd time, Jeremy also kept his word and gave us the 15% Discount that he said he would give us and every thing worked out the 2nd time, so that's why I am happy and I have given the Tractor supply a pretty good rating, if I didn't get a discount or my my merchandise I would have rated them a 1. But anyways besides that, they have a lot of good supplies and we came back and set up the roof over the dog kennel that we have outside and it was a piece of cake with the directions that it came with, hahaha. read more

Tractor supply is a very good place they are very professional. But the Cub cadet tractors break down frequently and they're hard to find parts for. I've had the tractor for about 10 years and the wheels keep falling off the hydraulic pump went out and today one of the front wheels fell off and I could not find the wheel or the hub to fix it online. I paid $1999 for the tractor and the hydraulic pump that went bad was 1,300 something dollars. Of course I was not going to pay that money to fix the tractor, I would be better off buying a new tractor.PS, I lube the front wheels with grease every year. These Cub cadet tractors are just a little bit better than your hary homeowner tractor like the Craftsman. All you are paying for is the name, they're not too impressive. read more

I purchased a Cub Cadet tractor at this store. They charged a reasonable fee to deliver the tractor. Unfortunately, the tractor had a faulty engine. Once I called the store, Brian went out of his way to find me another tractor at a Tractor Supply store in Culpepper. He drove to Culpepper, picked up the tractor, delivered it to my house and picked up the defective one at no cost. The customer service at this location was great. I will definitely return. read more
