My son had to drop me in the side entrance (steps in the front) and I wheeled myself the whole width of the builder while my son went back to parking. Yes, we were late by 31 minutes as the receptionist 'kindly' informed us. Obviously I declined rescheduling. I think it was terribly rude. We went home and I had to take pain medicine for my arm (busted from pushing myself to the office while my son was parking.) No thank you. My father was a physician, he was beloved by his patients. It was extremely packed with patients, the ladies at the front were super unhelpful, and I ended up not being seen. So instead I went to the gables location. Due to the close distance, I tried this location out for the second time. They have REALLY stepped their game up. They now have computers in the front to check in and my waiting time was no more than 8 minutes. All the doctors and nurses that helped me were extremely nice and welcoming. I'm literally making this review because I had such a good experience with the primary doctor and nurse, Claudia Becerra, I was curious to check their reviews online. Of course, I only saw negative people writing. Yes, the doctors had to put things into the computer, they all do... but they sparked conversation with me and were very personable. My nurse made me feel like I knew her for years lol. My advice, try to make your appointment in the morning. The environment was super calm.
