I was told I needed bothl hips replaced by my orthopedic surgeon, but I did not want to risk surgery. Dr. Goddard was able to provide a series of +12 biologic (donor) tissue injections in both hips. That's my experience at every doctors office I've been to, until now. At One Medical in Brickell you're welcomed into an open living room setting by Bri and Eliza who are both super friendly and professional. Don't get too comfy in the waiting room because you'll be taken on time (in my case they took me early.) And it wasn't a nurse or assistant who came out to greet me. It was the doctor herself. Dr. Rosie Singh is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, compassionate, very easy to talk with. She explained a medical condition better than the specialist who treated me. for it. She gave me around 30 minutes of her undivided attention (unlike a previous primary care physician who breezed in and out of the examining room in minutes!) Her follow up was same day. I went to have my lab work done after my physical and waited less than five minutes to be seen (I went on a weekday morning.) Adriana took my blood sample and was a gentle pro (despite my uncooperative veins!) Plus, my lab results were ready the very next day complete with Dr Singh's comments. Every inch of the office is immaculate. This is not your typical doctor's office visit. While I hope I don't have to visit frequently, it will be a pleasure to return to One Medical.
