Not only did the receptionist crudely yell at me, but they took out my crown and didn't know how to place the new one. After that, they shaved down my top healthy molar to make the crown fit, but it didn't work, so they ruined my healthy teeth and didn't get the crown to fit either way. After I left, somewhat accepting my fate, the crown started moving after two days, and I had to go back, and the dentist said he didn't know what to do besides shave down my gums. I obviously declined, so he told me to keep the damaged crown that they shaved down to the point that you see the screw. I requested a new one since I paid over $1,000 for it, and he said he would make one, but no one contacted me in two months. After two months, I saw a new dentist at another practice that's an expert in implants, and she said the crown is not set right and it's moving - she said the job done was completely flawed. I called to ask for a refund because I needed to start the process over and they left me on hold for a long time, thinking I would hang up. When I spoke to them again and requested a refund, they yelled at me and asked me to come in to face the doctor (from whom I don't want service). I also did additional research and saw that they originally had another Google My Business (https://goo.gl/maps/fFeJxoZsqwy83EEt5) marked "permanently closed" because the reviews are atrocious. Which SURPRISED ME, since on my initial visit and Xrays and exam, my next appointment was to have the teeth they looked at, extracted!!! When he told me they don't do extractions.
