But he left for Utah and I didn't know if I'd ever see him again. And then, he came back. Sort of. He came to Miami. I'm in Fort Lauderdale, but it's worth the drive to see him again. He is not only an excellent dentist, he truly does care about his patients. When you meet with him, you immediately know he'll do what he can for your teeth. One of the biggest issues in any dental office is the office staff, who are often irritable and nasty, mostly because often it's the dentist's wife and she doesn't want to be there. But that's not the case here. The staff are as kind and caring as the doctor. This is one office that you will be happy you checked out.

They are kids and they each want me to be with them every step of the way and I wasn't able to do that. I understand the rule if it's one kid but if it's two, they should definitely let one parent in per kid. For that reason I do not think I'll be going back because it makes visits to the dentist much more stressful.

Upon arrival, the dentist wanted to check his teeth and my son complied and opened wide like a shark. I was scared my son was going to bite (like a shark would jajaja) but he behaved so well and the ladies pointed that out to show how brave my son was. When it was time to go they had offered him stickers. But my son is a Superman fan more than Spider-Man and unfortunately the ladies did not have any nothing of DC heroes when one of the ladies disappeared after my son was sad they didn't have anything Superman, the other ladies were trying to convince him to take as many stickers as he wanted. They had Paw Patrol. It seems like my son was dead set on Superman lol (that day he was even wearing his Superman shirt that had a cape Velcro on; my way of showing him that he has to be brave like Superman for our dr visit lol) when my son was, still sad, accepted the paw patrol stickers the first woman that had disappeared came back with a printed photo of Superman and wrote on the paper, "Matthew. Best Patient!" I nearly teared up for the level of care they had for my son just to see him smile. That black and white print out is now hanging on my son's white board, next to his next dental appointment with red and blue magnets holding them in place. It's a moment I'll never forget and highly appreciate them and how far they went just to help my son feeling happy and comfortable.
