Do not go here. All they seem to care about is selling you expensive treatments…read more My husband and I recently moved to the area and came here looking for a new dentist. We were quoted hundreds to thousands of dollars for things like teeth-grinding retainers, replacement dental work, and upgraded services. Even our cleaning had some kind of antibiotic add on to "avoid infection". What really bothered me was the constant pressure. When I politely told the staff member that I needed to go home and discuss the treatment plan with my parents, her response was, "Wait, how old are you?" Aside from being unprofessional, it was completely irrelevant. My parents help cover my medical expenses while I'm in graduate school, but regardless, I was simply trying to decline the treatment without being pressured further. The entire experience felt more like a sales pitch than a dental appointment. If you're looking for a practice that prioritizes patient care over upselling, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.

I was a patient at the dentist for over 8 yrs. For the most part, my experience was good, a bit…read morepricey, but good. My family started coming to the dentist because of me. The last experience I had with them, I wouldn't advise anyone to go here. My daughter needed a procedure done, and the doctor wanted to charge me over $2100 out of pocket because he wanted to use codes that weren't covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and was provided with the codes for that procedure that was covered by my insurance, and I provided that information to the dentist. An appointment was set for the procedure, only for us to get there and be told the doctor forgot to add a code, and they needed to reschedule my appointment because they had to resubmit the codes to the insurance company. After receiving the second approval, I received a phone call from the dentist's office, telling me I need to find another dentist to do the procedure because the dentist (Mr. A Rodriguez) will not be able to do it, and I quote, "HE DOESN'T LIKE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY HE'S GETTING PAID TO DO THE PROCEDURE." This was very unprofessional, and I would never go back nor refer anyone to this money-hungry place. This was the Miami Lakes location.

On 04/04/2022 at 12:30am I was a victim of SEXUAL HARASSMENT, Dr. Sergio A Vega began to touch my…read moremouth inappropriately, putting his finger from the tip of my tongue to the back almost getting to my throat, at that moment I thought that It was just my imagination and I didn't want to say anything because I thought I was exaggerating, after a few minutes he grabbed one of my breasts and when he saw that I was in shock he proceeded to grab the other breast, before getting up from the dentist chair he turned around and grabbed a dental bib while telling me that I was confused and that he just wanted to put that on me as if nothing had happened, I called my mom while I was asking him why he had done that and that he was crazy, he acted very calm and normal saying everything was okay and to sit back on the chair, a complete pervert. I went outside the dental office because he doesn't work with a receptionist or dental assistant so the first thing that came to my mind when I realized that he wasn't accepting what he had done was that he could hurt me physically since there was no one there. I called the police and three officers came, they went in and talked to him, obviously he didn't accept what happened, after I talked to them, they told me that because there was no evidence to prove it they weren't able to help me, I filled a report and till this day that man keeps working like if he isn't mentally ill. When this happened I was 18, that day I was wearing a dress with no bra and a cropped unbuttoned jacket. He took full advantage of the situation and didn't care about the damage it could cause. I arrived with horrible pain on my tooth and he was doing a root canal. I had to go like 5 different days for more that 4 hours each time, when he was working on my mouth he was never clear of what he was doing, I had to ask all the time to know what he was doing in my mouth, he touched my private parts in the middle of a root canal, I left the dental office with the tooth completely open and after all that time wasted and being taken advantage of, I had to go to a different dentist that would extract my tooth just because no dentist would finish a root canal that had already been worked on and with a broken file in it. I don't gain anything from telling my story apart of making sure that no one else goes through the same so please be careful I'm sure he has done this before because he asked me many private questions and he was just waiting for the right moment to act. I'm sure he attends minors and defenseless women that he could take advantage of just like he did with me, it's really scary and believe me it was a traumatic situation don't put yourself in that position!! If you have felt like something was off or if he took advantage of you please speak up because no one else deserves to go though this!!
