Please return the money you owe my insurance you FRAUD. I'll never forgive you for almost convincing me to destroy all my perfectly fine teeth so you can put Veneers and charge my insurance. Because of a medical issue I was not able to complete the work in 3 months. Come to find out they sold the office to someone else and never informed their patience of the sale. I have requested a refund of my money and for 4 months now they have given me the run around. I also found out the dentist capped a tooth in which he started a root canal and never finished. I now have an infection in the tooth and have to pay another dentist to undo the damage he did I have filed a formal complaint against this dentist and will proceed to the court system STAY AWAY

However, this office has provided the best dental care I've experienced, and I've visited quite a few practices in and outside of Florida. What sets it apart is its exceptional attention to detail, thorough reviews of charts and X-rays, and transparent communication about procedures, costs, and next steps. The entire staff is knowledgeable, well-coordinated, and attentive to each guest's needs. Their consistent follow-ups are another thoughtful touch I truly appreciate. And Dr. Christoph? Hands down, the best dentist who has ever treated me. Straightforward, exceptionally skilled, and completely painless! I may never love going to the dentist, but this team certainly makes the experience pleasant. Thank you for setting such a high standard.

Not to mention she's like a genius level dentist. Look her up you're going to be impressed. Her staff is top notch, super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Big Shout outs to Juliet in front (beyond accommodating with our appointments) and both Hygienist Yani and Yelane, gentle, thorough, explained the process as they went and always asked if I was good. Seriously, if you need any kind of dental work, don't hesitate to come here. Thanks again Dr. Christoph and all the ladies as well!

Do not go here. All they seem to care about is selling you expensive treatments…read more My husband and I recently moved to the area and came here looking for a new dentist. We were quoted hundreds to thousands of dollars for things like teeth-grinding retainers, replacement dental work, and upgraded services. Even our cleaning had some kind of antibiotic add on to "avoid infection". What really bothered me was the constant pressure. When I politely told the staff member that I needed to go home and discuss the treatment plan with my parents, her response was, "Wait, how old are you?" Aside from being unprofessional, it was completely irrelevant. My parents help cover my medical expenses while I'm in graduate school, but regardless, I was simply trying to decline the treatment without being pressured further. The entire experience felt more like a sales pitch than a dental appointment. If you're looking for a practice that prioritizes patient care over upselling, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.

The last experience I had with them, I wouldn't advise anyone to go here. My daughter needed a procedure done, and the doctor wanted to charge me over $2100 out of pocket because he wanted to use codes that weren't covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and was provided with the codes for that procedure that was covered by my insurance, and I provided that information to the dentist. An appointment was set for the procedure, only for us to get there and be told the doctor forgot to add a code, and they needed to reschedule my appointment because they had to resubmit the codes to the insurance company. After receiving the second approval, I received a phone call from the dentist's office, telling me I need to find another dentist to do the procedure because the dentist (Mr. A Rodriguez) will not be able to do it, and I quote, "HE DOESN'T LIKE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY HE'S GETTING PAID TO DO THE PROCEDURE." This was very unprofessional, and I would never go back nor refer anyone to this money-hungry place. This was the Miami Lakes location.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I…read morewent to him on January to get some composite bonding done on my front teeth. It was not the best (I still had to "polish" with a nail file when I got home) but no biggie. It was convenient because he is open after 6:00pm. On Tuesday, (6 months later) I went back to get the same thing done. I asked for composite edges on my front teeth because I grind them, he said it would be better if we did it from half of the tooth down. And I said ok. He put some clear plastic molds to show me how long the teeth will be and I said yes. He did the complete opposite. He gave me extremely thick and ugly "composite veneers" that I did not ask for. They hurt extremely bad, he said he would not leave space in between my teeth to floss because they will "look better". He put the resin on top of my gums, he left black floss undermeath the resin which would have caused a big infection. When I saw what he did with my front camera, I told him I had to go. He said it was $600 but he would discount it to $500. I paid him and left, I called my mom crying because I couldn't even close my mouth due to how thick those things were and texted him that this was not fair. (I didn't say anything while I was in the clinic because it was only him and I, he has no receptionist) he calls me and asks "why don't you like them? They are beautiful" my parents went back to ask for a refund(refund he offered me when I told him I was going to wtite a review) My parents went to the clinic and he gave me half of the money. $250. He also told my mom "I didn't look the same as in January, that I was too "skinny" and that I did drugs" ??????? I could not stand the pain, I had to go somewhere else to get it removed and paid $400+$26 for a mouthwash to help my gums heal. I sent him the videos of the black cord inside and demanded the rest of my money to what he replied "Stop harassing me I will call the cops" $500 might not seem much, but it is my full week of work.

After charging us in advance for the procedure, we entered the treatment room, where I was informed that parents could not stay with their child during the procedure, and I was taken to the reception area. Less than 20 minutes later, Dr. Byron came out to tell me she would not proceed with the treatment because my daughter was crying and she did not want to "traumatize her." I went to where my daughter was, where they were attempting to administer the gas anesthesia. She was crying and trembling. Dr. Byron informed me that the procedure fee would be waived, but we would still be charged $150 for the anesthesia, despite it not taking effect and never being fully administered since the process was stopped. My question is: what experienced doctor working with children doesn't realize that a young child might cry in this situation, especially if separated from her mother? Why proceed with administering anesthesia if the child is crying and there's a chance the procedure cannot be completed? My experience with Dr. Byron was completely lacking in compassion and professionalism, especially where a minor is concerned. Perhaps other parents have had positive experiences, but mine was a disaster. The only thing she handled well was the initial payment. However, if you're looking for a healthcare professional who will treat your child with care and show respect to the family, I DO NOT recommend Dr. Dharma Byron. She still has a lot to learn in that regard.
