I have used this dental clinic for all my dental care needs and periodic cleanings for almost 15 years. I have not have a single complaint ever, everyone working here are professional and nice. I believe apart from Dr. Gutierrez there is another Doctor named Rosa which also being here for a long long time. One of the most important things in medicine in general is hygiene, this clinic is alway clean and they use high quality instruments. At the end of every cleaning they have away a gift back with a brush teeth, and floss. Schedule is good too, I normally wait less than 30 minutes before being treated. Thanks for reading!

"Refused to see a patient in pain for being 12 minutes late"…read moreI had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The day before my appointment, I paid $59 for a consultation because I was experiencing dental pain. I was told to return the next day to continue with the treatment. Unfortunately, I arrived 12 minutes late to my appointment and the staff refused to see me. Even after explaining that I was in pain and that I had already paid for the consultation the day before, they canceled my appointment and told me I would have to wait another full week to be seen. Because of the pain I am experiencing, I cannot wait another entire week for treatment. I now have to seek care at an emergency dental clinic to address this problem. Unfortunately, this also means I lost the $59 I paid for the consultation, since I was ultimately unable to receive treatment at this office. I understand that clinics have schedules to follow, but refusing to see a patient in pain over a 12-minute delay felt extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional, especially after I had already paid and was asked to return the next day. I expected more understanding and compassion from a healthcare provider. Sadly, this experience made me feel like patients are treated more like appointments on a schedule than people who may actually be suffering.
