Don't even try to deal with billing. Everything is a huge mission. They won't take my payment at the time of service, they say to wait until they process the insurance. Unfortunately billing practices are unusual that even if you have insurance they will charge the office visit and 20% copay upfront. So expect to pay a lot up front. The office would also benefit from stress reduction classes as the front desk staff is quite curt sarcastic and display quite a defensive attitude. I went to his Baptist Hospital office where he has a State of the Art Cat Scan that is built just for sinus viewing. The scan was basically a Chair you sit in and the Scanner goes around you head and takes it's pictures. The whole thing took about 60 seconds. The results were there immediately and the tech person E Mailed Dr Kronberg the Pictures and he called me right away and I was thankful all was well. It was star wars medicine. State of the Art and I am very thankful I have such a great Doctor. I don't know if other ENTs have this type of Equipment but I am thankful mines does.

One other thing that I was really appreciative about - my son needs sinus surgery and they were able to squeeze us in last minute so we wouldn't have to pay a high deductible for the following year.
