Dear Dr. Mohabe A. Vinson,
I had booked an appointment with you for today for 11AM. We, my wife and I, showed up a few minutes late as we drove from our condo in downtown Miami. We just moved from New York, so this area is all new to us. Even though we left home at 10:15 AM to allow sufficent time to get to your office, we got a little lost on the way resulting in our 7 minute tartiness.
I signed in at about 11:07AM, took a seat, and then the young man, Receptionist, called my name, I responded, and at that time he told me that the appointment had been CANCELLED. I was astonished and asked who had CANCELLED it. He said that it was done online. I asked by whom. He said he didn't know and that you weren't there as you had been called away for emergency surgery. I became very upset and asked again "Who cancelled my appointment?" Again he said he didn't know and couldn't tell who had CANCELLED the reservation. As verification on my end, I have checked my emails and text messages verifying that I had not CANCELLED my reservation. And, from your office I had not received an email, text, or voice mail that CANCELLED my reservation.
This is very upsetting to not understand exactly how this happened of which does not make any sense to me. So, I feel that your office, or you, brought about this Unpleasant Event.
I needed this appointment as I had been treated for Bladder Cancer last year and this year prior to our recent NYC to Miami move.
I am still very upset with this situation and believe that your organization caused this Unpleasant Event.
Sincerely,
W. W. S-R read more
