The owner at the Kapolei store said they would remake the order, and that she'd call the Kona store to cancel my payment. Bottom line, never happened! Ended up paying the Kona store $45+ and Kapolei $45+. So ultimately, I paid $91+ for two plates. Never got the refund, haven't been back since. So I realize they probably don't care about ONE negative customer since they have so many good reviews. Like..."who cares about this guy?"
