I was shopping for a high-end item, and they assured me they could help. Weeks passed without any follow-up, so I eventually purchased what I believed was a quality men's gold bracelet as a gift. It certainly wasn't inexpensive. Unfortunately, only six months later, a link near the clasp literally broke apart. The gold appeared to crumble and shred -- if you touched it, pieces would continue breaking off. I took it back assuming this would clearly fall under warranty repair. I was wrong. The store refused to stand behind their product, despite what appears to be extremely poor craftsmanship and cheap quality. Even 10k gold should have durability because of the metal alloys in it. I own 14k and 18k jewelry that has held up far better and has never "crumbled" like this. I also strongly disagree with their strict 7-day return policy, especially when the quality issues don't become obvious until months later. For the prices they charge, customers should expect much better quality and customer service.
