An item I ordered was out of stock, but they replaced it and upgraded the item with a more expensive product. They did not charge any upgrade fee which was super nice of them. When I went in to pick up the items I bet two people a woman and male (I didn't catch their name), they were super friendly and not judgmental at all which I have been to some shops that are very judgmental. This place is a hidden gem that I just found recently and I will for sure be going back and recommending it to my friends.

The proprietor (I don't know if she is the owner or an employee) explained how the clothes were arranged and I proceeded to browse. SHE WATCHED ME THE ENTIRE TIME FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER. I told her that I hadn't take anything and showed her my purse which was the only thing I had on me. She persisted that she didn't want to have to search me and she could simply watch the surveillance video. I invited her to do so because she wasn't going to find anything. She went back in the store and I followed her, inviting her to watch her video and demanding an apology afterwards. At that point she backpedaled, saying perhaps another employee had left an empty hanger on the rack. When I again told her to check her video, she gave the excuse that it would take too long. I was skeptical, but I dropped it. I informed her that I simply hadn't found what I was looking for adding that I had noted a few items I might have returned for on another occasion, but that after this I was never coming back. She had no response and I left without so much as an apology. I try to patronize small businesses, but I can't think of any other reason for anyone to shop here; you can find the same quality product on amazon for a third of the price with a much bigger selection. If you do go, make sure to keep your hands where she can see them! If she reads this, I hope she'll take it as a lesson. It's unfortunate that people steal; Stealing is vile and, as far as I'm concerned, only the lowest class of people steal, so I take it as personal affront to be put in that category. Inventory control is not nearly as important as attracting and keeping loyal customers, and that is done through good customer service and respect.

I came home I called the executive office at Macy's and spoke to Giselle, and she, stated she would be contacting Jennifer, which I advised her I had spoken to a manager, the manager stated Kim, was a vender. Giselle, said yes, she is a vendor for Versace. I told her that Kim was not being professional and that's no way to speak to any customer. I had lost my job playing or not. I never invited her into my conversation. I do not think that is funny. I was crying when I came home at my age 54. just because the woman named Kim, works for Versace, does not give her the right to treat customers like me or any customer like that. After 4 yrs , if not more, I have hit a wall with this store and I will no longer return. They told me word for word " I don't care if you're a customer for 20 years , if I don't like their attitudes then I can shop else where " Well customer service and how talk to your customers is important to me , I will not be returning to this store. There really isn't much choice in Texas for women's sexy underthings and stockings. So how disappointing that quality and customer service have declined! I have to check my purchases for seams, defects, etc. and to try on every piece as standard cuts and styles don't run consistently throughout the style (I.e. Not all Angels or Very Sexy bras fit the same!) Other VS stores offer to measure you and fit you for a bra. They have dressing rooms staffed with trained and helpful personnel to help you find the pieces and sizes you need. This seems like a foreign concept in the CC, TX store. I have been maybe 4-5 times and always had to look for someone to let me in --I've never been checked on, nobody has offered to measure or get a different size. It's confounding. The counter has one or two cashiers who seem to struggle with transactions yet the store has plenty of associates wandering the floors---just not at the register or dressing rooms. I hope that the management considers changing the way the store is staffed and trained, as I would love to have the option of shopping here more often!!
