(Swim gear is hard to find back in San Antonio.) Swimmin' Stuff popped up on a Bing search, so we checked it out. (I've had a horrible experience at this store before) I am looking around and need some help. I don't want to ask everyone seems busy they were all restocking but a few people were walking around talking so I'm maybe I'll ask but I don't want to seem rude by interfering. I keep walking around hoping someone asks if I need help. At this point I need to leave I have an appt, to get to. I get the product I wanted and figured if I don't like it I will return it. The front register is closed so I go to the entrance and walk up and the lady who greeted us in the beginning of the visit stares at me like I'm bothering her, I feel bad maybe she was busy? She says "you ready?" In a very bothered voice. I replied "yes I'm sorry!!" She asked my phone number if anyone helped and I gave it to her told her no and the whole interaction was just very standoff-ish and cold. I really hate to make such a long negative review but ive had so many bad experiences at this store and sadly it is the only one I live by. I just wish their customer service was alot better as I know I know what I'm looking for most of the time but I know sometimes I could use some recommendations as other people do as well.
