We notified the store and the owner Zubair Ullah and his associate Syed apologized and assured me they would look for it and make it right. We had been so caught up in the purchase and pleasant conversation that it was simply overlooked. It is not often you walk into a store where there is such a great mutual respect among people to where you feel like family. My husband George and I appreciate the lengths these two gentleman went through to even providing a personal cell number allowing us to follow up because we had to return back to San Antonio. We returned the following weekend and were able to rectify our problem. We are grateful for the grace and understanding these two gentlemen showed. Thank you and we will return! I would give them zero stars if I could. Brought an iPad Pro in for screen repair. It wasn't…read moreproperly calibrated to the old one so the ipencil is malfunctioning. I tried to get help with the issue and hit every road block along the way. iPad "tech" doesn't speak good English and uses his phone to translate. Had to call manager on his cell so I could communicate what the problem was. He told me to let him send it off to another store, who knows where, so they can maybe fix the issue. Deal breaker for me. I wanted it to either be calibrated in store to get it working or my money back with the old screen put back on. This is where it got ugly. He said he would not give me a full refund as he doesn't "do refunds". Kept telling me to look at the paper in front of me that has their policy on it. Yes it says no refunds, but also says they guarantee touch issues a few lines down. He says the touch is working, I disagreed. If it's not 100%, it's NOT working. I didn't pay for a 1/2a$$ job. He got ugly and told me to take it somewhere else for repair, that he would not give me a full refund. I said I would be disputing the charge with our bank for theft of service if he wouldn't give me money back and put my old screen back on. He didn't seem to care. Grabbed my old screen and walked out. DO NOT give them your business, you'll regret it
