I didnt get her name .. but got the impression she has been there a long time by the fact she rattled off numbers from her head & made me feel like I should have brought in a print out from online. She was not pleasant to me, she never smiled, and actually seemed very relieved when I told her I would think about it and let her know. I promptly looked up other rental companies and found Rental World... I gave my business to them instead. They were pleasant, the store was large and clean .. as well as much better prices ... so ... check out Rental World instead ... I called 3 companies for pricing and Torchlighters was the best price so I reserved them. They were so incredibly friendly, helpful, and punctual with set up and pick up. The time block was 5 hours but the owner was so kind to offer additional hours for the kiddos to enjoy it at no charge. The bounce house was in perfect, clean condition. When the owner saw the backyard was mainly concrete he immediately went to get sand bags instead of putting it in the front yard bc he "wanted his customers happy". Wonderful family business and I would recommend them to anyone in the CC area looking for bounce houses or table and chair rentals. Perfect experience for our party!!
