I took my chainsaw that I bought 4 years ago at a charity auction. After Hurricane Harvey, I realized the need to have a gas powered chainsaw as opposed to an electric chainsaw. I finally needed the chainsaw last weekend. Put in fresh gas, chain oil, read the owners manual...wouldn't start. Took it to Turf Master. They don't work on this particular brand, but they looked at it anyway. Did some adjustments to the carburetor, checked the spark plug, flushed out the flooded gas and after several tries, was able to start it up. Continued to adjust and restarted it 4 times to make sure everything was in working order. I asked for the price and he said no charge. Gave him $40 for lunch. It would have cost me probably at least $100 at an "authorized dealer", plus my time, effort and hassle.
Couldn't ask for better customer service. I highly recommend the guys. read more
