I've been doing business with Sal for years and have Never Been So Disappointed in Him! What a Crook! He Literally Ripped us off for $800 and the defended why he did it? I have come to find this is a common thing for him! If he doesn't get the better of you by at least double according to him then it's not worth it! That how they do business? So if you don't mind giving up at least Half the value of your item you want to sell, trade, or consign then I guess come here? Also All of his stuff is Double the Real or Retail price so he can knock off a few bucks to make you feel like you got a deal! I happened upon this store after Googling Seiko watch dealers. I bought a Seiko several years ago while on a cruise and I have always had a problem with the catch on the band always coming loose. I put the watch in a drawer and found it a few months ago. The band was still a problem so I decided to look for a new band. When I entered the store I was met by a young lady with the biggest smile on her face I have seen in a long time. I explained my problem and she took the watch to her jeweler, returning in a matter of seconds. He tweaked the catch and it finally works! I offered to pay for the service and the young lady said they were happy to help. It is very hard to find such friendly helpful service minded people in business these days. They held my ring for over a month and didn't fix it. Left sharp spots on an anklet they'd "repaired". I've had to re-adjust every single ring sizer they've put on my rings. I had bought a custom made Texas Nugget ring with a diamond set right on corpus christi. I accidently messed it up, diamond got knocked out, and was bummed out. I took it back to them to help, and they made it look even better. Set a better diamond in place than what I asked for, and got it done fast. Within a few days it was back on my finger. Went in to sale some old gold I had laying around, I checked the market price to get an estimate of what I should expect to get. The owner Sal (super nice dude) came out and helped me and he gave me an awesome price for my gold and explained to me everything and how he came up with his price. Bottoms line everyone's gotta make money and i respected his honesty and I sold the old gold! You can tell they are honest hardworking and trust worthy! The selection of jewelry he has is awesome as well! Lots of variety and he is able to order just about anything! I even left a ring to be resized and he did an amazing job! He uses something called a laser and it was flawless no marks my ring looks like it was never touched! Went in to look at their selection of jewelry and I must say I was surprised at what I found! Beautiful jewelry and at awesome prices, not to mention the other workers were super friendly, made me feel welcome like they'd known me forever! I also got my watch battery replaced while I was there! They do it all! Repair stuff and sell new items and the fact that they change watch batteries is a plus the guy even removed a link for me! I used to go to Wal-Mart but never again! I got a nice deal on a pair of Diamond earrings for my wife's birthday and she loved them!
