Needed some work done on my bride's wedding set - it'd been over 20 years since it had been checked…read moreor cleaned or anything. It's a good thing I did because Mr Afram said the prongs holding the solitaire were "paper-thin" and could've popped that diamond out at anytime. So I wanted the set welded, soldered, fused together and resized to better fit her finger. And also to fix all the prongs. The ring was ready within a couple days. The price was VERY reasonable - a lot less than I was expecting. The whole family there running the place was very friendly and professional. Mr Afram, himself, taking special attention to my bride and making sure what I wanted to do was what SHE also wanted done. And making sure he had the right ring size for her finger. The experience was very relaxed and the end result was absolutely STUNNING! The ring came away looking better than when I first bought it 20+ years ago! The diamonds sparkled like fire again. The gold had such a gorgeous shine to it. And the way the ring was welded together looked flawless - like two rings that are just close together. They even polished and steam cleaned MY wedding band while I was there. Outstanding service! I won't hesitate to come back.

One of the owners seemed genuinely surprised to have won this award after 35 years in business, but I can see why they won. During my visit there, they treated me as if I were a long-time customer. Their work is top quality, prices are reasonable, and their service is outstanding and memorable. I heartily recommend Pharaoh's Jewelers.

Found Ezekiel Diamond (thankfully) after being told no from three chain jewelry retailers re: a…read morediamond upgrade. Was feeling helpless and bummed out when Ezekiel told us not only that he could help BUT could have the ring finished within the week. He helped us feel welcomed as soon as we walked, greeting us in the door (with a mask). He listened to what we/I wanted to change as well as our price range. He provided options with such transparency, I felt as if none of them were a "bad option." Speaking of transparency, he showed us how he came to the present value of my trade-in diamond and also gently educated us about diamonds as my husband and I are far from the diamond field. We left happy with my absolute dream ring. Also recommended insurance - an absolute must.

The jeweler here had great attitude, took joy in looking them over, and getting one going again (sentimental value) by cleaning and had to diagnose to nix the other. Yatahey! This authentic Native American jewelry store is a…read moregem of a shop! They specialize in Southwest Native American jewelry- all authentic wares with real turquoise and other gems and stones. This shop only sells the real deal merchandise, and they can prove it! They've got certificates of authenticity, and disclose who the artist is. There's apparently a big trade elsewhere in fake Native American art, coming in from the Far East and the Middle East. The proprietors of this store are on top of things, and personally warrant that their stuff is real, authentic and legitimate. Other vendors in NM sell their stones that are really t glass, plastic or rosin. Apparently, even seasoned buyers can get fooled. Don't worry about that here at the Turquoise Eagle! The store is run by father and son, and you can tell jewelry goes back a long way in their family. They obviously know what they're talking about, and come from the reservations or pueblos of New Mexico. I grew up going to a lot of these pueblos, and I can personally attest that they've got some magnificent examples of the artwork from the different tribes. They also sell Native American goods, like items for ceremonies, dream catchers, CDs of chanting and singing. It's such a cool store with some beautiful jewelry.
