I don't get out there as often as I should, but every time I do I end up finding some kind of treasure to bring home. I usually don't go in looking for anything specific. The fun is digging through what's there and seeing what catches my eye. I'm a sucker for anything that hits that nostalgic nerve and reminds me of when my dad and I used to explore music together. Now I get to do the same thing with my own son, which makes it even better. There's always a good mix of music to find here. Rock, classic stuff, random finds you didn't expect to see. The place is always clean, the prices are fair, and the gentleman behind the counter is always friendly. If you're into vinyl (or even CD's, cassette's, etc.), this is the kind of place that deserves support. Keep this place alive, Corpitos - Buy local.

As someone who has spent time in many awkward spots digging around for vinyl, I have to say this place was the most comfortable digging spot I have ever experienced. Yes, the music selection is eclectic and not full of popular stuff you'd hear on the radio, but if you like to spin a variety of albums- they have that scratch to your itch at many price points (including more than a decent amount of $1 albums from all genres). I personally collect a lot of twist, conjunto, mariachi, & Tejano... and found exactly what I loved- many of which were $1. Are the $1 albums Mint graded? Oh heck no. Are they playable with a little cleaning? Absolutely. As a digger, I really really really appreciated how most of the digging was at eye-level or accessible via step-stool. Minimal time was spent splayed out on the floor as a trip hazard by yours truly. There are some at floor level, but the majority is up high, which I loved! There are also a few new releases, RSD exclusives, and a well curated selection of different genres. The prices are very fair as well. You could come here with a $10 bill and have as much fun as someone with two $100 bills. What I loved, too, was how digestible the entire selection was- it wasn't overwhelming to thumb through the entire display when visiting. The folks working at the shop are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back to see what goodies await for this vinyl treasure hunter next.

I told him "no, we are just looking around". My wife and I made our way through the store, and upon going towards the back we noticed an open door to what seemed to be another room with merchandise neatly displayed with prices so we assumed it was merchandise for sale. We were in there for about 30 seconds when the employee from the front came back into the room and said very aggressively "can I help you?". I told him once again no that we were just looking around. He then again aggressively told us "well if you aren't talking money you need to get up out my store, I don't have time to waste with y'all". We then fearfully made a quick walk to the front door and left. It seemed like there is some kind of illegal activity going on in the back of the business and we stumbled upon something that we weren't supposed to see. I would definitely not recommend coming here.
