The selection of used books is enormous and wonderfully curated, but the true standout is the cookbook section. It is nothing short of amazing! It's a treasure trove of unique community cookbooks from ladies' auxiliaries, churches, schools, and local organizations that you simply cannot find anywhere else. Beyond the books, the prices are amazing, the coffee is great, and the atmosphere is just perfect for browsing. It's the complete package. My only wish is that they would open a location in the RGV so I wouldn't have to drive so far! Until then, we'll gladly make the pilgrimage. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who loves books, treasures, and a good cup of coffee.

This place is easily one of the funkiest and coolest little barbershops I've ever been in. And it really is little; the shop is about the size of a large closet. Tracy, the owner and sole barber has had the shop for about 20 years, which he says is the 4th shop he's had in Corpus. Tracy is a really cool and interesting guy; he's lived in Corpus since the '50s and he plays the blues. To top off, cuts are surprisingly cheap - only $12 for adults.

I had a hankering for some more classic Tuscan cooking later that day and was looking for an authentic cookbook to satiate my craving (as Endless Pasta can be quite pricey). Luckily, Kailyn, a lovely employee at the store, aided in helping me find the perfect cookbook for my needs, authored by the wonderful Martha Stewart! Later that night, I enjoyed a delicious meal of rigatoni and meatballs just like my nana used to make! I am a big fan of Barnes & Nobles and will be back for my future cookbook needs! Big props to management, who hired such a helpful associate!
