i pawned a few items and when i went to pick them up they were all messed up…read more. xbox controller had chew marks in the wire it looked like a rat ate it up a very expensive berserk anime box set was messed up.. the box was all crushed in and part of it was torn i also had 3 ps4 games battlefield hardline (cracked) mortal kombat x (cracked) and dragon age (case buckled in) everything was very tightly wrapped with plastic wrap and that caused the controller on top to push down over time and crush everything under it .. i walked out of the store got into my car and while driving off had my wife take the wrap off and inspect to find it all busted i went right back in and they were VERY VERY rude.. telling me they werent replacing it nor paying for it.. they told me the best they would do is give me 20 dollars of STORE CREDIT after i just paid 60 to get it all out. at the time two of those games had just come out and that was $60 each and the anime box set that was trashed cost close to $100 when i told them that was unacceptable they told me that i was shit out of luck and they would not budge and all 3 of the clerks working at the time began talking trash being very rude and telling me that i was an idiot and that my and i quote "white trash ass" was trying to cheat them. i later called the store manager and he was VERY rude too.. i told him that i would contact an attorney if i needed he replied with GO AHEAD hire several.. hire 10 of them HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you cant do shit. i very strongly suggest that you do not go to this pawnshop and tell everyone you know to not waste your time with these fucking crooks that DO in fact openly and willingly buy stolen items.

It's a good thing I did because Mr Afram said the prongs holding the solitaire were "paper-thin" and could've popped that diamond out at anytime. So I wanted the set welded, soldered, fused together and resized to better fit her finger. And also to fix all the prongs. The ring was ready within a couple days. The price was VERY reasonable - a lot less than I was expecting. The whole family there running the place was very friendly and professional. Mr Afram, himself, taking special attention to my bride and making sure what I wanted to do was what SHE also wanted done. And making sure he had the right ring size for her finger. The experience was very relaxed and the end result was absolutely STUNNING! The ring came away looking better than when I first bought it 20+ years ago! The diamonds sparkled like fire again. The gold had such a gorgeous shine to it. And the way the ring was welded together looked flawless - like two rings that are just close together. They even polished and steam cleaned MY wedding band while I was there. Outstanding service! I won't hesitate to come back.
