To my pleasant surprise, after a few rings, a gentleman answered and after telling him my problem, he asked me to see him at 3:30pm! He did say that they are very busy but still willing to take a look see for me, naturally, I expressed my appreciation! On arrival, I was a bit taken with how busy this little shop is, but only after standing at the counter for about 5 mins. I was acknowledged by Jackson (the gentleman on the phone), he immediately took my car in and asked us to come back in about an hour. Seeing how friendly everyone is when they come in, I know that all are regulars, which is a good sign already! Jackson, then proceeded to check my car and his advice was to use another power outlet instead since the car's USB may not have enough voltage for my multi-headed charger. He also checked all the fuses and they all turned out fine. With mystery solved, I am now happy to use the other power outlet. Jackson was so nice that he only changed me a minimum fee, which is very generous of him to do so! Thank you Jackson for accommodating me in such a short notice and also on a busy Saturday afternoon!!

Alan goes the extra mile for every customer with a well trained crew. He is on a first name basis with many of his returning customers and always greets you with a smile. The issue? My mechanic told me later that the tube they replaced in April was leaking, and that's what they refused to fix due to what I believe is incompetence. Allan was extremely rude and dismissive after my long wait to an empty shop. If you aren't in an emergency, or a woman, AVOID this place. They add things to the bill without asking (my initial visit I was charged $100 for coolant I didn't want). Reported to BBB. Awful service. After a lack of info and waiting without answer, I towed my car. The new and trusted mechanic said the coolant leaked and needed a new hose. No one at Jiffy lube answered basic questions and in fact couldn't even find the leak! An appointment to fix the issue never happened. The owner, Richard, spent an entire hour sitting in my car Googling basic diagnostic codes on his personal cell phone. He did not know how to fix the issue, yet I was still charged [Insert amount if you want]. Falsely claiming we scheduled a follow-up is an attempt to cover up a complete lack of basic expertise and a rip-off. Future customers beware.

Then the tech asked me to sign an invoice listing ALL the things he checked, he did not check anything did not open the cabin air filter or engine air box.
