We were stressed because another company canceled our order last minute. I called this shop, and thankfully Mike answered -- he was literally about to leave for the day. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. He has amazing work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. So y'all, come support Mike's business! You won't regret it. Thank you for everything, Mike! We absolutely loved our BTS concert shirts!

We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. Mark accurately grasped the specific light color I wanted. While Image Workshop offers a variety of services, usually at a decent price, their customer…read moreservice is very poor and the owner has a tendency of being rude and disrespectful to his customers. There have been several occasions where he has insulted my father, who continues to do business with him. There was one occasion where the owner decided to change a policy last minute, without legal documentation or any type of contract or detailed paperwork., trying to extract money upfront without any work done (mind you, as aforementioned, my father being a long-time customer with him)... He has a high employee turn around. There is always a new/different graphic artist, which changes the consistency and quality of his design and work.
