Meanwhile peter arrived and started helping another person who arrived after me without reservation. While the other employee was explains to me about not having an suv Peter was watching me and said nothing. Very unsatisfactory service. No customer service what so ever!! Came to this location because it was close and it took exactly half an hour. They have 1 person working here, and for such a small and obscure location, it is very busy. There were 3 people ahead of me and 5 more walked in while I was waiting. Making every single person wait half an hour is ridiculous. You are better off driving twice as far away than coming to this location.
