He even provided a discount on the rental since it's not what we originally wanted. He was awesome. Picked out our minivan instead and headed on our way. They even said to return the car empty! Which is very different. Returning the car was interesting because I honestly have never dropped off a car after hours in a lot like this. I stood there in the front of the door, afer dropping off the keys in the designated slot, and made sure I wasn't missing anything, because it just seemed way too easy. But sure enough, I was emailed my receipt the morning after and it was exactly what the branch manager and I spoke of. Would definitely rent from here again if needed.
