I submitted photos and a project description to 17 plumbing companies on Yelp, requesting their price and timeframe for this work. The work was completed by Firas and his helper as scheduled, for the price quoted, with very good quality, even much quicker than originally expected. Thank you, Firas!

I submitted a request to this business via Yelp, for some plumbing work. Someone named "Dane"…read morecalled me literally 2 seconds after I submitted the request. "Dane" was a very smooth sounding robot. However, when I pressed the AI "are you a real person" it said "I am a customer service agent". When I pressed again, the robot said more firmly and almost sternly "I am a customer service agent". This deceptive use of AI is unacceptable and needs to stop. I will not use this business if they cannot be honest with me about whether I'm talking with a real person. If the robot simply said "yes, I'm an AI customer service assistant and I can help with scheduling appointments" or something like that, it would be fine.

Our ducts were damaged by a skunk who had been living under the house several years back. Ron crawled through the entire area and came out with pictures and videos. He explained what needed to be replaced and repaired and an estimate of how long it would take. He gave me a quote on the spot and forwarded me all the videos and pictures. I thought the quote was reasonable and scheduled him to come back the following week. He and one of his guys arrived on time (9am) and completed the work by 11:15a. He replaced 2 duct runs and repaired a third. He hauled away all the damaged ducts and cleaned up the area when he left. All in all, everything went smoothly. Ron was very professional and very easy going.
