I've been traveling out here at least one time a week on the commuter rail & the overall experience…read moreis good but these type of stations show how far they still have to go. This station is not equipped with any ramps or elevators for the handicap, the elderly or the commuters with bicycles is just unacceptable in this day & age. Even the stairs are quite old, rusty & narrow. Recently I experienced that on the outbound side there is no shelter from the elements except for a bridge. I just expect more from modern public transportation & standing here makes me feel like I traveled back into time. At least there are good local business, a library, a cozy common & a local commuter shuttle nearby. There are promises of improvements but they can not come fast enough. More people would use these facilities if they could just access them.

I've had no problems. You just need to be aware that at certain times they switch the…read moreoutbound/inbound sides; There are signs posted about it with more details. The metal staircases leading down to the tracks are very rusted out with huge holes here and there; Please be very vigilant about this as the stairs are very steep as well. At street level, there is a cab stand and local bus stop that accepts the Charlie Card (MWRTA.) Natick Cab station is about a 3 minute walk to the north (right next door to Pizza Plus,) and to the south is the downtown area with many amenities. Huge drawbacks are that there is very little to no car/bicycle parking and no handicap entry. There is much better (paid) parking at West Natick and the platform is at street level with ramps.

The cars are spacious and super-clean, with complementary bottled water and snacks. They do all of the heavy lifting with your luggage. They also monitor your return flight to make sure they're waiting outside the terminal when you arrive - early or late. Plus, you can't find a more polite or informed driver than Jacob, our man behind the wheel for most of our trips.

The drivers at MetroWest are the most reliable, respectful, and trusted in the entire Boston area. We have used some other companies in the area and have come across issues like lateness, and no shows. With MetroWest Livery, drivers arrive early and aid us with our baggage. They also know the roads better than the GPS systems! They are aware of how to avoid heavy traffic, and unexpected delays. Our drivers are some of the nicest gentlemen we have ever met, even at early morning pickups they always greet us with big smiles. The cars are maintained to a very high standard, and their comfort level allows us to have a relaxing ride no matter the distance! From our very first booking, MetroWest Livery has provided us with a service unlike any other. We strongly and highly recommend MetroWest Livery. If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable, and exceptional service, this company is your go to choice!

Framingham Worcester Line in and out of Boston - Commuter Rail…read more Pros: Fairly large parking lot Can grab a cab Can pay $4.00 per day to park (up to about 19 hours) Two small over head canopy's for when it is raining on the inbound side Convenient Store a stone throw away to grab a coffee Subway 2 stones away to grab a sub Clean, salted and sanded in the winter Metro and other papers to grab and read Two bins for dropping off clothes/shoes Bike Rack Safe and people are typically business and regulars (different from riding the T) Express Trains are good Put in for your free ticket to ride or turn it into the office get money back with the letter that came with it(don't throw it out) when your train is delayed over 30 mins. Easy to do on line - ticket comes in the mail. You can buy a ticket on the train. Free WiFi Bathrooms Cons: If you take the later train there are not many or NO parking spots left Late meaning close to 7:30-8 am Still need to pay on the weekend If you don't pay you they tack on an additional $1 There is a race out to rte 135 which can be hard to get onto. Two small over head canopy's don't cover all the people and are not very big Adults cut the lines too to try to get into the train before people - Annoying! Express Trains can be fuller The MBTA LED boards have info posted but the info is only as good if they post the correct stuff. One train is late then there is a domino effect and they are either all late or even canceled. Would be great if they built a garage The tickets you buy on the train have an extra fee so buy them at the station ahead Tips: -Careful to not miss your stop there may not be another train back -Bring ear plugs, music, etc if you don't want to listen to crying kids or people on their cell phones. -People eat on the train so there are all kinds of smells in the air like McD's Happy Trails

Super convenient station! All the trains on the Framingham/Worcester line, fast and slow, stop here.read more
