My grandson scheduled an appointment for his 2026 Lexus at 4:40 PM to have new tires installed. Because he had to leave for work, I went to pick up the vehicle on his behalf @ 6:12 pm. Before I arrived, he told me that Adam was the employee assisting him with the service. When I walked into the store, a male employee asked if I was there to pick up a vehicle. I replied yes, and then asked if he was Adam. His response was, "Maybe." I was honestly shocked. After being a customer for over 20 years, I did not expect such an unprofessional and dismissive response. A simple "Yes, I'm Adam" or "How can I help you?" would have demonstrated basic customer service and courtesy. The issue wasn't the tires or the work performed on the vehicle. It was the attitude and lack of professionalism. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are simply trying to pick up a vehicle and complete a transaction. I left feeling disappointed and wondering what happened to the customer service standards that once made me continue doing business here. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be made to feel unwelcome or dismissed when they walk through the door.

Daniel helped me pick out the right size for my car. Ordered them over the weekend and had them installed quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes on day of install. Hasn't ever been an issue, as they're quick to figure out my problem and even quicker to fix it. Whether it's a patch job or, in the case of last time, a whole tire replacement, I've been in and back on the road in less than 10 minutes every time. Even when it's fairly busy, they still manage to acknowledge me if they're somehow unable to help me right away. I've been to places where I've checked in and been skipped over for an hour before having to leave empty-handed. Their prices are super reasonable and I firmly believe they're the best out here.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now…read more My husband and I were preparing for a road trip to the LA area and decided to stop by Tom's for a brake quote before heading out. We had budgeted around $200 for the job and figured we were being responsible by getting things checked first. After waiting nearly an hour and 45 minutes, we were told not only did the brakes supposedly need to be replaced, but the rotors also needed replacing. Total quote? Over $400. Obviously, we didn't have that kind of money at the time, so we left stressed out, thinking we'd just have to take the trip and pray the car made it safely. While in LA, we happened to run into a friend who's a mechanic. We told him what Tom's had quoted us, and he kindly offered to take a look if we bought the parts. So we did. He lifted the car, inspected everything, and immediately told us the brakes were still about 90% good and the rotors were perfectly fine. They only needed cleaning. So now I'm left asking: how does a shop go from "everything urgently needs replacing" to "there's barely anything wrong" ? That's not a small difference. That's an extreme opposite diagnosis. At best, it was gross incompetence. At worst, it feels intentionally dishonest. Either way, it completely destroyed my trust in this place.

The sidewall had a big yellow line indicating the location of the leak but this specific guy that seems to be doing all customers a favor by showing the slightest sign of respect and professionalism. I took it back it but repaired after another 1hr wait. I rather pay $15 bucks to get my next tire fixed than have to feel like getting a free repair is a favor. Oh yeah! And I was in the market for tires and decided to take my business to Sam's Club.
