We recently bought a house in apple valley and needed a kitchen drawer refaced…read more I want to first start out by saying that we did get the drawer back and the work was done phenomenally. However, the amount of time and effort it took to get it done and get in contact with this guy was ridiculous. Doesn't answer phone, isn't there at the shop when he says he's going to be there and work took an extremely long time with no communication and updates. Since they don't answer the phone or return calls, we tried to head down to the shop and it was closed down. I get that they do a lot of commercial work and large scale projects and aren't able to drop everything for a single kitchen drawer but it was extremely hard to get in contact with this shop. In addition to this, not too friendly. I was finally able to get in contact with someone through yelp and was able to get everything figured out. Great work but pain in the butt getting it done.

I spoke with Michael, who scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived on time, took measurements of my floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and both bathroom showers, and was very professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how detailed and patient he was. Since this was my first home remodel, I had a lot of questions, and Michael took the time to explain every step of the project from beginning to end. He also went over the materials in detail and helped me understand which products would be the best option for my home and budget. His quote was very competitive compared to two other companies I had received estimates from, but more importantly, he made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the project. That level of honesty and communication is what earned my business. The project was scheduled quickly, and Michael estimated it would take about 2-3 weeks to complete. He stayed true to his timeline, and the final results turned out beautiful. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work that was done, and I would highly recommend Pacific Construction to anyone looking for reliable and professional remodeling services. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive of the bids received, but they were fair and absolutely worth every penny. Their honesty, upfront communication, and willingness to work with me made all the difference. Moises is also a licensed contractor... it gave me peace of mind knowing I was working with a professional. As an 8-month pregnant mom with an 18-month-old at home, I was worried about the chaos of construction. I wanted the kitchen completed before delivering my daughter and also wanted to make sure I could maintain my 18 months old schedule, these were my biggest concerns... Moises was considerate of my needs, discussing schedule, work area cleanliness, noise levels, and work hours to minimize disruption. He also assured me that we could complete the project in the duration I outlined. He stuck to our agreement throughout the project. One of the highlights of my new kitchen is the custom corner display area Moises helped me design to showcase my wedding china, which holds so much sentimental value. I had a clear vision, and he worked with me to bring it to life. I'm absolutely loving this feature! Things got complicated when I hired another contractor for the tile work, which ended up being a disaster. Moises stepped in to help me fix the mess, repairing drywall and referring me to a new tile installer who did an amazing job. His professionalism and problem-solving skills turned a potential nightmare into a success. The real showstopper, though, is the custom-made, real wood cabinets crafted by top-notch finishing woodwork contractors. The quality is exceptional, and it's clear that Moises only works with the best. The attention to detail and craftsmanship by him and his father are evident in every aspect of the cabinets. MR Custom Woodwork delivered my dream kitchen, and I'm so grateful for their expertise and flexibility. If you're looking for a contractor who will listen, communicate, and get the job done, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd highly recommend Moises to anyone considering a remodel (and have actually referred them to my neightbor).

Both separate issues but both related to the work done by Mike Bergstrom. The leaks are where he added on to our existing home, and we choose to avoid issues to not just add to the roof but completely redo the whole thing! We invested the extra money ironically hoping to have a worry free addition using all new. The first electrical issue was related to the fire detector in the room addition being installed incorrectly, so it kept going off. The second was a short in the new wiring in the kitchen addition done by Mike. When hired Mike talked a good sales pitch he promised to always stand by his work. We've tried to seek his help over the last 8 years with numerous issues undeniably related to the addition and he will not repair his work. When called a gal named Rhonda answers.... Promises to help but then ghosts you. Contacting a company you paid over $70k for should receive at a minimum a response. We reached out simply to obtain documents or proof on our roof warranty seeing that most have a 10 year warranty. We didn't want him or his team back in the home considering his work is a danger but we did want to check warranties seeing that the roof he did had leaked several times (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2025) all at the joints of the addition. Simply put..... stay away from this company, not only is the workmanship a failure but there is zero accountability and integrity from the owner.
