Just to get an initial estimate for a project, I've contacted you repeatedly via email and voicemail, which weirdly goes directly to your owner's personal phone, but never with a response. To which I've clearly outlined what it is we need done in terms of refinishing our kitchen and bathroom tile, but to no avail. I've given approximate measurement of said space, thinking maybe our project is too small for your company, asking that you please let us know either way. Again, nothing. I work in the customer service industry, which, granted, isn't technically what you are, and I am willing to give a long leash to companies for being too busy and not GETTING this part of the whole communication process...to a point. But at this point you just seem like you don't care about the money or are too lazy or anti-social to give a simple yes/no response. Either way, you didn't get our money and we ended up going with another option. And that option is what I hope more do which is learning how to DIY. YouTube is very helpful and I encourage those with the time and means to learn basic stone refinishing themselves. It's relatively easy, but time consuming, and I would have always rather paid more to have it done by one of their "professionals." But here we are... Anyway, gotta love a learning experience you would've actually paid for.

I am very grateful to them! Would absolutely recommend!

Exceptional Deck Remodeling Experience: Quality, Craftsmanship, and Punctuality…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Alvaro on a comprehensive renovation of my deck. The decking boards were weather-beaten and splintering, beyond repair. He and his team removed the old decking, added some joists, and installed brand-new composite decking. I cannot praise him and his team enough for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence. He was open to discussing options and listened to my concerns. He has great attention to detail and follows through on his word. He's punctual and communicates clearly. His crew worked very hard on my project. There were no timing or budget surprises and he got the job done quickly and on schedule. Thank you, Alvaro, for transforming my deck into a beautiful and functional outdoor space we can enjoy for years!

I was slightly hesitant to use a company that didn't have much of an internet presence, however I know that homegrown businesses are generally cheaper because they have less overhead. I sent Luis a message here on Yelp and he responded relatively quickly with an estimate (which he stuck to even with some slight modifications to the project during the work). Few days later and he was here with his crew on a Saturday and ready to roll. The project took them a few hours, and Luis had to make a couple trips to Home Depot during the job. The entire time they were here, they were very professional and respectful of my property. They used wood and metal to cover up the pipes, and everything was measured perfectly, and his "finisher" came to the house to repaint them to match the textured paint on the existing basement wall. I have to say it came out looking better than I could have imagined. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well and Luis was very nice to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Luis again for a construction job. He does quality work and stuck to his initial estimate.
