We've just switched dry cleaners and won't be returning as there are several other dry cleaners in close proximity. Attitude is important when you are running a business for profit. Very technical and clean. They're also very honest people. There was one pair that the lady convinced me to not hem because she believed that it was the perfect length. I'm so glad she did. Brought a white button down for a clean & press which I was going to use for my grad school interview. To my extremely unpleasant surprise, they had burnt one of the sleeves (large dark mark on it). The shirt was not covered in paper or plastic wrapping like the rest of the items. It was simply just hanging there... covered in red lint, and it even had some sort of large bug on it. Although I tried to contain myself- I could not. I argued with the owner and asked for an express cleaning, which he said was not possible. I explained to him the urgency of the situation and the importance of my interview- but he did not budge. During my argument with him one of the employees, who was looking at us and talking to another worker (in a foreign language which I did not understand), began laughing. I asked them what was funny, and they just continued laughing. At that point I realized that it was a lost cause and left. Isolated mistakes can obviously happen... but the way I was treated was absolutely despicable.

I worked with Rosa. There was a little bit of a language barrier, and I wouldn't say she's the most jovial person b/c of the communication barrier, but she is extremely skilled at what she does so I was able to explain what I needed done, and she worked wonders. She removed layers of fabric making it lighter, but also more breathable. With one fitting she tailored it perfectly to my body. I almost couldn't believe it. I ended up taking it home and then realizing that I needed a little more security around the bust area. I brought it back, she did it and didn't charge me. She also adjusted the slit because it was a little too high for me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend going here. She's professional and extremely skilled, and that is what matters most.
