Everything is simple- just give your name and number and they have all of your information in their computer system. A delight! They will willingly take any specific requests you may have, they will even smile and nod when you say, "Be careful with my clothes," my regular bit. I think that their prices are a drop higher than other places, but its worth it if your experience pays for itself!

Been coming here for awhile, they do shirts very well. But when I brought 3 pairs of pants in to…read moreget hemmed, the inner cuff was so high and poorly stitched that they kept coming undone. Guy blamed me. Said he would put a jean cuff on them but won't look right. They came back and it's like he intentionally made them look bad. When I complained he said he didn't do the original cuff, would never do an inner cuff that high. I explained to him that I don't go anywhere else and it was him that took the measurements for the cuff. Still denied it and ended up cursing me out and calling me a liar. On top of that, when I picked up my current dry cleaning the button was ripped off my pants and some stitches were pulled. Again, took no responsibility, said that could never happen here. Guy was unreasonable, belligerent, and rude beyond belief.

I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. I dropped off both an Air Force dress uniform…read moreand an Army AGSU, each with their own accouterments properly bagged as instructed. When I picked them up, the Army uniform had Air Force ribbons placed on it, and the actual Army ribbons were missing entirely. When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, the owner immediately dismissed the issue and claimed they would never make that mistake, placing the blame on me. The way this was communicated was disrespectful and lacked basic customer service. There was no attempt to understand or resolve the situation professionally. They did offer to replace the missing ribbons, but even then the attitude remained poor. After I wrote down exactly what was missing, the owner handed me the ribbons in a bag and said, "I'm not putting them together." This is despite the fact that I had already paid for the placement of accouterments. It felt like because they specialize in military uniforms, they believe customers have no other option and can be spoken to however they want. That kind of approach is unacceptable. Attention to detail and professionalism matter, especially when handling service uniforms. I would not recommend this business based on both the lack of accountability and how it was handled.

Excellent cleaning service…read more I've been bringing my shirts to Huguenot Cleaners for laundering for over three years. The shirts always come back perfectly clean, well-pressed, and ready to wear. Orders are always ready on time. Thank you, Huguenot Cleaners, for the excellent cleaning job! As for alterations, I used them once to adjust the length of a pair of pants and had a mixed experience. Initially they came back too long, and on the second attempt - ended up too short. I certainly recommend Huguenot Cleaners for their cleaning service, though I'm less confident recommending them for alterations.

I went in today, September 24th, only to find out that my pants had not even been touched. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow, so I specifically relied on the date I was given. If you didn't have the measurements or couldn't complete the job, I should have been told when I dropped them off--not on the day they were promised. Very frustrating and extremely inconvenient, especially when I planned around the promised pickup date. Better communication and follow-through are definitely needed.
