Acted like she didn't know what it was or what she was looking at on the receipt. Bad enough she couldn't find it, she then started sifting through piles of "stuff" trying to locate my item. What makes this place stand out is that on one occasion we brought in our duvet cover to be cleaned and they told us it doesn't have to be dry cleaned, and even said the cost wasn't necessarily worth it unless you like how the duvet feels after dry cleaning (it feels a little different if it's machine-washed). My wife and I were so impressed by their honesty. They could easily pocketed the money to have our cover cleaned, but instead offered an alternative that was of no immediate benefit to them. The hem they completed was not even straight and they altered my daughter's prom dress by making a crooked line down the middle of dress ( that was not there before). When I pointed out their error, they acknowledged their poor work and made the hem straight. However, why would they make alterations be visible and make a straight in the middle of the dress???
