I was told that there was another hose that needed to be replaced because it wasn't up to code. I was charged $700 for the replacement hose. The problem was not resolved, and when I called back to inform the plumber that the washing machine was still leaking, I was told to call an appliance tech because they don't repair washing machines. The plumber refused to refund me my money after I had explained that the leak had not been fixed, and the job was not resolved. Now I have to spend more money to have an appliance tech come out and assess the problem, and pay for any repairs. I was taken advantage of, for sure!

He has a real puzzle solving mentality, and the doggedness to stick with something until he finds the solution. As the owner of an older home, those qualities have really come in handy. The OWNER of the company came out! He was very professional and attentive. They might be considered "expensive" but it was totally worth it! They took care of EVERYTHING!

The owner did a previous job for me using pex/press fittings (cheap!) to bypass some baseboard…read moreheat. He had full access in the basement and was done in 30 minutes. I over paid him in cash for what he quoted was several hours of work - of which he only took 30 minutes. I then asked him to hook the same heating back up. This required 4 holes through 4" subfloor into the basement. I offered to drill the holes, but was unable to due to a family death just 3 days earlier. He didn't communicate what size holes and demanded more money for a job that was already overpriced. He stormed out of the house cursing with my young kids in the home. Completely unprofessional and poor communication.
