Call answered by live knowledgeable technician. Received quick service for emergency situation. Good value.

Very hard to get in touch with after the installation if something goes wrong and the installation is still under warranty.

Dmitriy made an appointment to call about replacing a furnace but never did. At first he said someone would come to my house, then changed it to a phone call, which was never made. Clearly not interested read more

Dmitriy repaired our central air conditioning on short notice during a recent heat wave. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as reasonably priced. He had installed our gas furnaces a few years ago and made a point of looking after an old customer in our recent time of need. We will use him to update our air conditioning system soon. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs. read more

Dmitriy and his crew were fabulous! I had a new A/C system installed in my home. Although I'm not one to complain, I did have a minor issue that I explained to Dmitriy and he was quick to respond and come out not only once but twice to make sure the problem was corrected and resolved and that I was happy in the end with the result. Honestly, I can't stress enough my extreme satisfaction with Dmitriy and his crew. He truly values his customers. I plan to have him come do regular yearly maintenance on the unit as I am very confident in his ability to keep my A/C running smoothly. Thank you again Dmitriy! read more

Beware! In 2017 I contacted Dmitriy for a quote on a heat pump replacement. I explained that I had my current heat pump for 21 years. It was the existing one when I purchased the condo unit in 1996, so it could be the original installed in 1982. I stated that it wasn't controlling humidity as well as it used to and I need to replace it. I made this clear in conversation and by email. I accepted his quote which was much lower than the other companies. I expected that his quote was lower because he was an independent contractor and the other quotes were from major HVAC companies. I was WRONG. I was SCAMMED. It turned out that he installed a unit that COOLED POORLY AND DIDN'T CONTROL HUMIDITY AT ALL. I need to set the temperature at 64 degrees for rooms to be 70 degrees with sweltering humidity. Soaring electric bills with no comfort. The previous heat pump could be set at 74. I questioned him and he told me it is because they don't use Freon any more - LOL. I contacted the manufacurer and was told that the model is not defective. I was told that it was their least expensive model in their economy category and does not provide humidity control. The higher quotes from the major HVAC companies were for the higher quality equipment that control humidity. I reported EZ Climate and Dmitriy Gorbachev to the Attorney General's office. At their request he agreed to return to my condo. It was a sweltering day and I showed him my humidity gauge reading of 70%. He then looked at his gauge and stated his reading is 50% humidity, but he wouldn't allow me to see it - LOL. I am a Senior Citizen living in a top floor small condo unit with low ceilings, under a black rubber roof with windows facing southeast, very hot living conditions. I have been enduring a sweltering environment of 70% humidity with the temperature set at 64 degrees and box fans continuously going. I can't use a dehumidifier because I can't lift it. My electric bills are soaring and I am totally uncomfortable, experiencing health problems and continuously sweating. Mold forming on food is also a problem. I have been living this way for the last eight Summers, June through September. I also wrote a review under the Better Business Bureau. I have now saved enough money to replace this inferior heat pump with one that will allow me to live comfortably. I am relieved to know that I will never experience another intolerable Summer again. However, I am really annoyed that I have the expense of two heat pumps in seven years because I was scammed. Another detail of this case is the "bait and switch". A few years after the installation I noticed that the model number of the Fan Coil on the contract did not match the model number on the equipment. I checked with the manufacturer and was told that both models were in the economy category but the one on the contract was more expensive with higher efficiency than the one installed. Obviously, this Fraudster saw this as a perfect opportunity to make good money from a Senior Citizen living alone. Based on my experience, the company name should be changed to EZ Scammer. read more

My condenser stopped working right as summer started and I had Sila come by and tell me that I needed a whole system replacement and quoted me 20k. I was ready to replace the whole thing but wanted to get some second opinions and quotes. Lucky I reached out to Dimitry as he came promptly to do a diagnosis and found it was due to a faulty capacitor. He had the part in his truck and was able to swap it out in under an hour. Sila left my unit panel open after they left and I'm not even sure they did any diagnosis of the problem. Do not go with those scumbags! I see 5 stars for Dimitry and can confidently say he wholeheartedly deserves each one. read more

Dmitriy and his crew were great. They were friendly, responsive, knowledgable, and professional. I had a new furnace with humidifier installed. Dmitriy's rate was very competitive. I'd definitely recommend Dmitriy and will use him again in the future for my heating/cooling needs. read more

Dimitriy was great. He came and gave an estimate to fix just what was broken in our condenser. No upselling! He fit us into his busy schedule and did the job as quoted. Thanks Dimitriy! read more

Contacted them to request a quote to upgrade the existing hydro-air system to a "hybrid" one, according to simple specs. The response was very disappointing - "we do only Carrier & Mitsubishi & we'll have to install a completely new system" - sounds like an ignorant joke to me! read more

I am so glad I chose EZ Climate for my HVAC and instant hot water upgrades. Dmitriy was professional and reliable. His price was fair and competitive and I ultimately chose him for this job because I honestly had a good feeling from our initial interactions, very trustworthy. I saw other reviews on how everything was labeled and professionally laid out and I knew he was the guy for the job. Another thing that set Dmitriy apart was he had all his own plumbers and electricians who were also amazing. Several other competitors quoted to complete the HVAC work, but I would need to source my own plumbers and electrician. Also, he took care of all the permits so it was truly a smooth process throughout. I knew little about converting to a natural gas from the original oil boiler, but Dmitriy made it easy. He knew about all the masssave rebates as well as how to deal with any requests from national grid. I am so happy with the quality of service and will definitely be back for any future HVAC needs. read more

A year after Dmitriy installed my furnace, I decided to get ready for the summer and install AC too. My review didn't change whatsoever, and I'm still one very happy customer. Dmitriy and his team showed up on time, and did an amazing job. They covered floors like last time, wore masks and shoe covers, cleaned after work was done. The level of detail is outstanding and I absolutely love the outside installation. Everything is neatly covered and it looks amazing! I highly recommend Dmitriy and his team! read more

quick and friendly service. Reasonable rates. Good technician that came quickly in the middle of a heat wave when our Ac stopped working. Would use again. read more

We had an issue with temp between zones. Although upstairs were set to low, it was still increasing up to 80 degrees. Dmitriy came and spent some time and did a very detailed troubleshooting to find the issue and solved the problem. He is a very nice and honest guy, he went up and down between thermostats, vents and dampers probably 10-15 times to rule out all possibilities. I am very happy that I called him. I would recommend him very highly. read more

Dmitriy deserves all these 5 star ratings! He gets the job done quickly and charges a fair price. We had a problem with the electrical wires connecting the AC condenser with the attic unit and Dmitriy was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He repaired the AC within an hour and charged a very reasonable price. We initially asked Winters to repair the AC and they took 4 hours to identify the problem then gave us a quote that was 10 times the amount that Dmitriy charged! Don't go with Winters, call Dmitriy. read more

Dmitriy was excellent. He came on time, promptly found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend him

Dmitriy replaced two furnaces earlier this year for me on a rush request as one died during the middle of the winter. I received a few quotes and quickly chose EZ Climate as he showed high attention of detail and was thorough in his analysis in converting to a high efficiency system (and his quote was reasonable). The install went very smoothly and the system runs great. In addition, he was very responsive and helpful with getting our rebate processed with Mass Save which is not a very intuitive process. To conclude, Dmitriy is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him for your next job. read more

Dmitriy was patient, courteous and professional throughout the entire process of deciding what kind of furnace would best serve our needs and giving us estimates for each type. His price was exactly what I expected, competitive with other contractors. He and his crew installed the furnace in one day while we were at work, so we never had to do without heat. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

I just replaced the whole HVAC system (Condenser, Evaporate Coil and Furnace) with Dmitriy from EZ Climate HVAC. Overall, Dmitriy is a very professional, well disciplined, friendly HVAC specialist with whom you will enjoy to work on your HVAC project. I quoted with 5+ HVAC specialist, Dmitriy stood out significantly by: 1. Dmitriy discussed with me all the options/details thoroughly and explained how the whole project will go very clearly. 2. Dmitriy is the only specialist who told me about MassSave program, which make me end up paying less price (with rebate) for a better, more efficient and actually originally more expensive system. 3. Dmitriy is well disciplined, he showed up precisely on time, wear face masks all the time which is important during COVID-19. And 4. Dmitriy is very honest on estimated cost of the project. It was a 1.5 days project to replace the whole system while I had to work from home. It all went very well without any hassle. The team always arrived precisely on time, tried their best to keep my home clean and protected from wear & tear. The system got installed in a well organized manner and works perfect. After the project, the surrounding area looks almost exactly the same as what it was before the project, if not cleaner. After the project, Dmitriy showed me all the details on how the new system works and what I should pay attention to for maintenance. He also offers great help on register the equipment to activate warranty as well as my application for the MassSave rebate. All my future HVAC project will definitely go to Dmitriy and I strongly recommend Dmitriy for anyone who has HVAC needs. read more

We had 2 separate, zone A/C systems installed, and we couldn't be more satisfied! Mr. Gorbachev and his assistants were very professional, courteous, competively priced, tidy, and we would recommend EZ CLIMATE highly. read more

Dmitriy Gorbachev and EZ Climate HVAC have served both my son and me maintaining Central Heating and Air systems at a triple decker in Cambridge. He and his team have handled problems at all levels - fixing a leaking AC system, resolving leaking from the condensate reservoirs inside the units, replacing two compressors - with competence and reasonable speed (no hurried work). In over 60 years working with service personnel at three locations, Dmitriy ranks with the best. read more

My air conditioner stopped working. I checked the obvious (to me), like the AC circuit breaker and it was on. I called and left a message yesterday and within minutes Dmitriy responded and said he probably could come today. He called and came this morning and took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem (the furnace was off and one circuit breaker was off -- not labeled as going to the furnace). I will definitely use him in the future; he's reliable and responsive to the customer. read more

Lived up to his prior reviews! Scheduled him for a routine maintenance check of our 2 HVAC systems (new to us home), identified that both systems were oversized for the space, as well as walk us through the different issues he found with both systems. Did not attempt to sell us on all of the things that could be immediately fixed/done, appreciated his honesty in light of how expensive refrigerant is at this time. Also appreciated his attention to detail, wore shoe coverings/mask while indoors. Will definitely be calling Dmitriy for future HVAC maintenance/needs! read more

Dmitry promptly answered my inquiry, came right away, assesees our range hood vent issue and told us how to proceed with a handyman and new hood install. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extended a complimentary visit which was extremely generous. I recommend him highly. read more

Contacted EZ Climate for a quote to replace an AC system. Dmitri was came to the house to conduct the assessment but never followed up with quotes. Made repeated requests for updates and didn't get any response -- phone, email, chat.... Not exactly certain what happened here but avoid wasting your time with this company. read more

our main contact, dimitriy (i've been calling you "mikhail" for some damn reason), was very professional and unassuming. his team worked very quietly, in a way. i barely knew they were there. i just had a feeling about EZ Climate, that everything would come off without a hitch. and that's exactly what happened. my neighbor used them. i used them. and my other neighbor may end up using them, as well. couldn't recommend them enough. read more

Dmitriy came to fix our furnace, which was was not working properly. He was so calm, friendly and professional. He immediately knew how to fix the issue and his price was extremely reasonable. EZ Climate HVAC provides excellent service. I have them installed the Central AC.They were easy to schedule, on time and efficient. I found their pricing to be more affordable than the other quotes I received and was so glad to be able to work with Dmitriy. read more

Dmitriy helped install a new zone in our basement, which we are in the process of finishing. We went with him bc he is 1) nice, and 2) is responsive over text and email, 3) his prices were fair, and 4) he seems to know what he's doing. He even came over a weekend to do the work so as not to hold up our contractors. Thanks, Dmitriy! read more

My review is definitely overdue. Dmitriy was my main contact and was very professional and helpful when installing our central a/c. Very happy with everything and have referred EZ Climate to several friends who already have used his services and are all really happy with EZ Climate & Dmitriy. read more

Dmitriy did an excellent job repairing my high efficiency furnace. I knew there was a warranty involved and did not know if Dmitriy would be able to get the part for me under the warranty from Trane. He was able to this even though it meant 2 trips the dealer about 15 miles away. (One trip to pick up the part and another trip to drop off the broken part.) Two thumbs up. read more

I don't think there are enough good words to describe how awesome Dmitriy and his team at EZ Climate are! I had a very hard time with contractors/HVAC companies and almost gave up but then I met Dmitriy. He was very honest, professional and thorough! He listened carefully while I was explaining what I wanted and made thoughtful recommendations. I got a 3 unit split system installed for my 2 bedroom apartment. Dmitriy is very experienced, knows how to deal with clients and is a man of his word which is a rare find! The equipment they installed is very quiet (I barely hear my ACs when they are full force on) and the installation itself is very nicely done! My neighbor was so impressed that he got the same system installed right after me. I can't recommend them more! Call EZ Climate if you are looking for professionalism, quality and honesty! read more

Dmitry and his team are the best! They removed all radiators, and old oil drum. They put in 2 gas hvac systems with a heat pump. Also, they did all duct work in the basement and attic of our home. The quoted price was what we paid. Dmitriy was the only HVAC contractor that took thorough notes on the site visit and told me the exact price up front. Very professional. He also had his own electricians and plumbers which made the process seamless. Great guy and a true class act. Highly recommend E-Z Climate HVAC. read more
