There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash.

It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. An hour later the owner called and said he would issue a refund. That should've been the end of it -- but instead, he called back and completely escalated the situation. He was extremely rude, started yelling at me over the phone, and accused us of trying to scam a free detail. It was shocking and unprofessional -- especially from the owner himself. Rather than take responsibility, he doubled down and made the whole experience even worse. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.
