I sent my grown son to her and she found something that several other eye doctors had missed, that he's slightly cross eyed! When he got his new glasses, he was shocked at how clear things were. When getting glasses, Shana is super helpful and the entire team there is always cheerful, helpful, and super efficient. Being new to the area I had been searching for a new Optometrist and came across EyeWish. I thought I would give them a chance as their reviews were great. I certainly was not disappointed! It was by far the most thorough eye appointment I have ever had in my entire life, testing my eyes for things they had literally NEVER been tested for. I even had the opportunity to go over the images of the back of my eyes. It was so informative and interesting. When it came to picking out new glasses they were fantastic, but what surprised me the most is they didn't just tell me the best contact lens for me (I had been wanting new lenses) they sent me home with two different types to try out and compare so I could be absolutely positive on which pair worked best for me. It was honestly a great experience and I am so happy that I have found a great eye doctor that I will be able to continue to go to. I've had great service and very attentive and thorough eye exams at EyeWish Optometry for 3 years now. Dr. Mantua and Dr. Pond are excellent optometrists. My husband also goes there. I do not wear contact lenses, however I was very satisfied with my progressive lenses ordered through their office. The glasses have been wonderful for working on the computer, looking down to worksheets or reading material, or looking up for a conversation with a co-worker without taking off my glasses. My only mildly negative comment would be about frame choices. I haven't found any ideal for me, however I am picky about accent medal color and brand names. If I have to advertise a brand name on my temple, I want it to be a brand I really love. I don't love many brands. As a forethought, I would love to see OliverPeoples selections there. read more

Easily the best customer service I have ever received at any Optometrist's office. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable asking any necessary questions (something I rarely warm up to in any doctor/patient setting,) and I didn't feel like just one patient out of many for the day, but like my eyes/contacts/time were of an utmost priority. Another perk which I haven't seen elsewhere is that they have a huge stock of contact lenses in the office. Dr Mantua and Dr Pond are both excellent as well as the staff. My husband and I have been coming for years and we will continue to do so. One of the things I like is the time they will take to fit you. My vision has been changing and my contacts have needed almost constant tweaking. They will try everything they can to make it work. In the end I--not the doctors--got tired of trying. They never gave up. My husband has sat on his reading glasses SEVERAL times and each time the staff just fixed them no charge. He was getting embarrassed by his clumsiness and they had no judgement and he was able to have his glasses back instantly. This level of customer service is simply hard to find these days.
