When I asked about the refund difference between a simple pair for distance only, they said I wouldn't get any refund because they were 'remaking' the glasses, even though the 2nd pair would be considerably cheaper. So, I returned the original pair for a full $535 refund and will get a pair of glasses elsewhere. The manager didn't blink, she didn't care, didn't try to keep me as a new customer and I walked out happy. I liked the doctor and support staff, but I'm always a bit suspect when the retail optician office sell glasses is inside the eye doctor's office. He even took the time to re-check the vision tests to make sure. Gina helped me find glasses and another tech came over to help me make a decision on which classes looked best!
