I'm as easy as the next guy. My booking was for 3:45 today. At 3:50, I went to the window and asked the receptionist if I was going to be seen soon because I had other bookings behind that. The young lady was dismissive at the very least. And told me she really couldn't tell me when the doctor would be able to see me. Am I wrong? I mean if you book an appointment then don't you hold that appointment? Then when I went back to the window, the receptionist was filled in by another one who pretty much dismissed me saying that I was being aggressive. Which I wasn't. I just wanted to know when I would be seen.. Again, I asked her that my appointment was for 3:45.... This next person told me that obviously I did not understand how appointments work? You can't make this stuff up. This was the service that I got.... When I asked who owned the operation I was told to leave the building. I've used these folks before and I've never came in contact with this kind of completeDisregard to customers. I came in and I mean I was out in 30 minutes. I needed lenses for my face piece and after we got my information and payment confirmation. It took him 7 MINUTES to work his magic. Everyone was so nice, it was clean in there. I will definitely be going back. read more

Horrible ! Went in for a simple 20 minute eye exam they advertise same day ! Lady at window turned me away and denied me a same day exam . Their customer service is great, however, I was quoted one price during the try-on process and by the time I got up to pay, it was considerably higher. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 6 years. The place was packed but the staff was extremely attentive. My associate made great recommendations and explained the differences. It was a super great and actually fast turnaround as I had barely gotten down the road when I received the text that my glasses were ready. I had attempted to go to other places but they were unprofessional and extremely nonchalant. I think I will stick to Eyemart. They abide by their claims and smile while doing it. This place is a joke. They made the worst lenses I have ever had in 40 + years of wearing glasses and then would not honor their warranty! I had to travel 60+ miles to get to them, I went in twice but no one would see me. I called 8 weeks before my warranty was to expired, tried to make an appointment for them to check my horrible coating on my lenses (because I have spent hours waiting in line to be helped!) and they would not do that either. This location was most definitely open on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. The staff were inquisitive but polite about my medical service dog. They were there when I needed help with the style of a particular pair of glasses because I never know what looks good on me and then they left me alone when I know longer needed help. They didn't hover. All discussions regarding what my insurance would cover were discussed up front before I even started looking at glasses so I would understand what my price range options were. Naturally, I exceeded that range. If you are uncomfortable with or don't like your glasses, how will you ever feel comfortable and attractive in anything else you put on? I wish I could find my receipt at this moment because the woman who helped me was fabulous! She explained everything quite well; she had a wonderful sense of humor and, I feel she went above and beyond her job description. My current glasses were so crooked that my left eye was gazing out of my bifocal. Even though I didn't buy my glasses from this location or even Eye Mart in general, she fixed them for me as best she could . She said most Eye Marts would have repaired them for a small or a possibly no fee at all. I can't say enough about Eye Mart. Their customer service was top notch, most eye-glasses are ready in a day or two barring special orders such as mine. They had a large selection and the prices were reasonable. Great job.
