I was recommended to visit Ever After Enchantress to inquire about micro needling. My sister went first, so I tagged along to see if it was something I was interested in doing. Tatti was very welcoming & very discreet. I wasn't able to see the procedure done on my sister, but she was satisfied. She sent me pix of her progress, and asked if I wanted that for my bday, so of course, I said yes. I went in a few weeks later, & again, Tatti was great. I think it's just her personality that gives you that comfort that she knows her stuff. She numbed my face as she explained the procedure to me. Once my face felt numbed I lied down and she went to town. I closed my eyes and allowed her to micro needle my face. I'm not gonna lie, at first you're like HOLY HELL!!!! I honestly can say, that it's the nerves that get the best of you, because she has a very light hand and controls the machine well enough not to feel a thing. When we were done, she handed me a mirror, and I looked like I got dragged out of a a brunch bar and into the streets, because my face was red. She then proceeded to explain the after care, & provided me with serum, & face cream to use on a daily basis. She also told me I can get most of the stuff through Amazon, which was great. One important thing was not to go out into the sun for a while, which I didn't do. We communicated for the next couple of weeks, as I sent her pix of my progress. I thought I was annoying her, but she welcomed them every time. I'm going on a year, I had my micro needling done, and I have to say 90% of my crows feet, and number 11 are gone. I definitely need to go back soon for a touch up before the summer hits. Micro-needling was the best decision I've made and I wouldn't consider any other form for rejunification.

Also had a Brazilian wax done by Jihan while I was there it was perfect! A little more time consuming because they use sugar rather than hard wax BUT again I am a month out from my services and just now starting to get regrowth. When I arrived and she finished the service, she suddenly told me she was not accepting Groupon because "Groupon wasn't paying her." She then forced me to pay an extra $100, charging me $250 total instead of the $135 Groupon price. She told me to go to Groupon for a refund, but when I contacted Groupon, she refused to approve the refund. I was stuck going back and forth between Groupon and her with no resolution. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. I even tried filing a dispute with my credit card company, but it did not work, and I strongly believe she misrepresented the situation to avoid accountability. To make it worse, I later received a notification from Groupon that the business name had changed from Masha to Gina Cosmo, which made the situation even more suspicious. Even the work it self also turned out really bad. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had through Groupon. Deceptive, manipulative, and dishonest business practices. Avoid this vendor at all costs.

Leslie has done my eyebrows twice and the second time she had to work around an issue I had with one eyebrow being much higher than the other due to botox a few weeks earlier that had been placed improperly, she was amazing and now that the botox has worn off they are perfectly symmetrical! I'm so glad I trusted her that she would be able to work around the unevenness. She's very calm, easygoing and friendly. The inside of the building is also really pretty the only drawback I could see anyone having with them is they are a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for and I can't wait until they are open again for my touch up! :)

Both Ani and Anna were very attentive throughout the appointment and kept checking to make sure I liked the shape and cuticle work, which I appreciated. I especially loved my pedicure. The only issue was with my manicure. Toward the end, I noticed a piece of dust trapped under the gel or top coat on one of my nails. Since it's something I'll probably notice every day for the next few weeks, I pointed it out when she asked if everything was okay. She checked it and added another layer of top coat, but the dust was still visible. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, so I ended up just leaving, even though I knew I'd probably regret not speaking up more. Overall, everyone was kind and detail-oriented, and I really enjoyed the pedicure. I just wish the manicure issue had been fixed before I left.
