This time, with a master sylist-Julie!! Julie did her thannnnnggggg!!!!! I booked a refill with Julie after 2.5 weeks of wearing the full set that Nathalie initially installed. Remember from the last review, Nathalie took 50 minutes to do my full set . I knew more time could've been given, but since I was a total newbie, I shrugged it off. This time around, Julie took about 45 minutes to do the refill. Yes, a refill!!!!!!!! My first stylist did not take her time and clearly did not give me the full look I deserved. I am officially indebted to Julie as she gave me exactly what I KNEW I was missing. Today, I decided to show the image of my lashes after walking out with Julie. Please reference the previous photo to see how I looked walking out with a supposed full-set. Long story short, give things a second try. You'll be certainly surprised at the outcome (one way or another anyway )!

The staff was very quick with scheduling an appointment and got me an earlier time as spots opened up. It's located in a spacious plaza with good parking. I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. The lash studio was superrrrr clean and it smelled... amazing! the lash removal cream she used also smelled so so good. Everything in this place just smells tutti frutti! While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. I tell her I'm burning she wasn't even paying attention . She finishes my lashes and instead of giving me the mirror she looks at herself . I'm usually last minute and they always do their best to squeeze me in. They had a promotional price when I first started going which changed after a few months, but it was not a major deal. My lashes are always to my liking, I usually have to ask for more lashes as I like a fuller look but I'm always met with corporation. If I feel like overnight or after a few days too many lashes have fallen off, I'm always told that I can come right in to fix the problem. The shop is quite far from me but I get great quality lashes that it is not a major deal. Overall, I definitely recommend ideal lash.

Ashley is amazing and professional. She makes sure you are satisfied before you leave and I've never had any issues with lashes falling out quickly. The worst part about getting lashes done is laying down for 2 hours without your phone or anything. I definitely cannot lay still that long. But with Ashley you are out within the hour!! I like the fact that she has late appt times and works on Sunday. It's especially helpful when you work during the week and don't get off until 5. Her shop is lovely too. It's all pretty and pink.
