Great customer service. The doctor was very informative with me and my concerns since this is my first time getting glasses. Mrs. Linda helped me pick out the right frames for my face. They helped get my older son with the right prescription for his "challenged" eye sight. He is really happy. My middle child opt for contacts. They were very patient with him during his fitting due to the fact that he doesn't like touching his eyeball and anyone else touching it for that matter. The doc put them in and everyone in the front office was patient with helping him take them out. After an hour we got through it of dealing with him, we got through it. Lol. Great prices for the frames and lens with my insurance. Will return. read more

things have changed so much here, I am disappointed with some of the practices and policies that I can no longer commend this place for for anyone else. I will no longer do business with them, and I would recommend a different place for you as well. read more

I was happy with the service, but they gave me my daughter's prescription without PD I called them and they told me I can come and they will take measurements, I came and they ask me for $25 for this service, when normally that's why I paid for first time. It's sad to see this company only want money and they don't care customer service... not recommended. read more

***UPDATE*** Over 2 weeks and STILL my glasses aren't ready (remember, they were supposed to be ready the same week) Or maybe they are and we haven't been contacted, but my husband left a message and the call hasn't been returned yet. Who knows. Pretty unbelievable. Original Review: Very disappointed in this location. Have used them since 2017, but clearly some things have gone downhill. My Monday appointment went well and I ordered my glasses and I was told that they would be ready by Friday the same week. Great, I said! I went ahead and made my daughter an appointment for that Friday for her vision screening, thinking we could kill two birds with one stone. Thursday I received a call that the doctor would be out and they needed to reschedule my child's appointment to Thursday of the next week. No problem, things happen. I asked if I could still pick up my glasses the next day as scheduled and they said "no, they aren't ready". No biggie, I'll get them at her appointment on Thursday of next week. Fast forward to that magical Thursday (today) of my daughter's appointment. We show up and the door is locked. Strange...we call and a receptionist picks up and says the dr is out. Okkkk...we had an appointment so was anyone going to let us know before we drove up here? And PS where are my glasses that I've been pretty patient about? Oh they STILL aren't ready? That's two deadlines you've missed, people They didn't even try to reschedule us!! Just a "sorry". Well, cool, "sorry" I will take my business elsewhere. Too many optometrists in this city (in this general area!!) to be this unorganized and unprofessional. Get it together, guys. Longest story ever, but the gist is, just go elsewhere. read more

Ive been a customer since I was like 13 years old, Doctor Duong Lambert is amazing- he was really helpful in explaining everything I had questions about. Sarah and Abu at the front were also extremely helpful and their customer service was spot on. We had fun trying to pick out some frames for me lol. Overall great experience, I've never had any complaints. read more

A no star option should be available. I had visited the 25th street office in Easton, PA. for an eye exam. I also brought in my own frames and was charged almost $300 for a pair of glasses. The eye doctor there said I had cataracts and referred me to a place to start the process of getting the cataract surgery done. I was told that it would be a minimum of 5 weeks before I could get an appointment at that Dr's office. They called and gave me an appointment within 6 days. Once there, I was given yet another eye exam, with and without the glasses, the doctor there asked me how long have I had the glasses and I told him about a week. He could not understand why I was sold glasses when they knew I would be getting the cataracts taken care of because I may still need a pair after the surgery. In other words. It was a waste of money. The glasses that I did receive from eyeland optical are useless. I can actually see the same if not better without wearing them. I did go back to eyeland optical to discuss all this and was basically told that it is what it is. I have looked for contact info for the customer service or corporate office of eyeland and have not been able to find. read more

Check in lady rolled her eyes and mumbled a derogatory term under breath as I was walking out the door following my appointment. I made it very clear that I would not be purchasing glasses there as the dollar tree offers a better selection of glasses than the ones they offer. I didn't see any name brands except ones of a subpar quality. Despite my disclaimer she still chose to pull benefits from my insurance for frames and lenses and did not release them until 4 days after I made them initially aware which was while I was at lens crafters ordering a quality pair of frames on the same day. Honestly if knew my insurance was accepted there before I made the appointment here I would've done both the appointment and ordering of glasses there. The decorum of the store is very dingy looking which is opposite of the vibe they are clearly trying to project as the theme of the store is "tropical island". The lighting within the store says "I'm on my last two feet and everybody who works here is going to scam you giving the opportunity". That was supported by the attitude of the check in lady. Doctor was quick and efficient though. read more

The staff at Eyeland was great. I first went in seeing if someone could put a screw on glasses I bought somewhere else. The young man who helped me was quite nice. I decided to get a complete eye exam for glasses and contacts there. The young man explained I could get insurance through them and save a lot. I did, but the best part was the thorough exam Dr. Duong gave me, explaining details of the pictures of my eye after I had my eyes dilated. He often asked me if I had any questions. The office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them. read more

Dr.Duong and all the staff were so nice and informative! Wonderful customer service & care. Highly recommend!

I decided to try out contacts for the first time so I got my prescription from EyeLand and placed an order for two 30 day packs to try them out. The optometrist just selected the brand and type of contacts for me, so I did not notice until I had used almost the whole box that the contacts I received were not even the same as the ones I was prescribed and paid for. I was prescribed Dailies Aqua Comfort Plus, but I actually got Dailies All Day Comfort; I only noticed when I was browsing online to order some more. When I called to tell them, the first thing they said was, "... And you're just noticing now...?" Moreover, they were very unapologetic and I was told, "well, we are showing that you have Dailies Aqua Comfort Plus, so that's all we can go off of. You can bring it in so that we can look into it but you should just continue wearing them because you already opened the box. If you decide to bring it in, it's only so that we can look to see what happened and we might give you store credit or something but you wouldn't get a refund or anything." They went on to tell me that the contacts I received were priced "only" $4/box less than what I paid. True, the amount is not a significant difference, which is why I told the employee on the phone that I would not likely be coming in to dispute the $8, and she responded, "sounds good. " The lack of customer service is alone for me to never come back. The prices here are not any better than anywhere else, so there's absolutely no point in coming to this horrible place. You have been warned! read more

Short and not so sweet - bait and switch - was going to go there for and eye exam and new glasses, quoted one price, but when called to confirm, something completely different - more than double - would be the "ACTUAL" final cost. With all of the other options available, choose another. If this is the way they would start a patient relationship, I can't imagine it would get better! read more

Couldn't be happier with my first eye appointment here! I've been going to the same eye doctor for years and decided to try a new facility due to old doctor moving. I'm sure glad I did!!! They were able to schedule me the same day I called and booked my mom the next day. The doctor answered every question I had and I walked out the same day with contacts. Best doctors office experience ever. read more

My experience was good! Ms. Linda is very personable, friendly and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. My glasses (I brought my frames online) and contacts came back earlier then expected....now my first visit, I had alot of waiting, only because alot of walk-in were showing up. Its been over 3 weeks with my glasses and over 6 months with my contacts and I am very pleased with Eyeland Vision. I will be returning with my 2 boys!!! read more

Had such a pleasant time getting my eyes exam. Everyone was supper friendly even when I asked like 100 questions and repeated ones. Person helping us answered all of our concerns and Dr. Liaquat Khalfe was very pleasant to talk to and attentive to all my concerns. I highly recommend this place. read more

Rude doctor doesn't even know how to speak to his staff they all are very nice except for this doctor working in this office. I heard him call his staff stupid retards and didn't want to answer a phone call that a patient called about. Instead he yelled at the girl and preceded to walk into with another patient. I couldn't tolerate this behavior if I was working at a office with such disrespect. And very pushy on me to buy ugly glasses that I didn't want in first place and super expensive!!! read more

First time going here. It was a good visit. Very friendly staff and over all it was a pleasant experience

There are definitely reasons to choose this place: convenient hours, in network with many insurance companies, and easy scheduling. That is how I chose it a few years ago for my family. There are also reasons to not choose it: upselling on everything, additional 'insurance' options, additional testing etc. The doctor is perfectly kind, professional and patient with my questions. The other staff were polite, but they were also clearly following policies of selling additional services/products while I was there. It feels like we have to decline 5 add-on services every time we're there. The glasses selection and pricing were ok. read more

We went and paid everything then get a call that they forgot to charge something hours after leaving..

I had previously submitted a complaint about this company and here is the update: I ended up getting a pair of glasses after dealing with the owner of the company over and over again. It took over a month to get a pair of glasses that I cannot even see out of...obviously the measurements were not submitted correctly by the office staff and I have a useless pair of glasses sitting in my drawer. The owner contacted my husband after seeing my complaint online and promised the sun and the moon to make it better....only to threaten us a week later with legal action if I did not remove the negative comments online!!! I was waiting on his promise to make it all right and accept responsibility for the office staff. I have never had a worse experience with glasses!!! I took the prescription and ordered from an online site and within 10 days I have the best pair of glasses WITH NO INSURANCE for $42!!! I love them but the pair I got with insurance for $143 from this vendor sit in the drawer..in case of emergency use only. Please please spare yourself the turmoil and never go near this company. The owner even claimed that the office manager has 23 years of experience in the field....he should be ashamed to admit that to a client that was treated so badly. Toxic company, toxic customer service and the poorest quality product I have ever gotten. RUN DON'T WALK away from this company and never ever look back. read more

My daughter bought a pair of glasses. A week after getting them the frames cracked. She went back and they did not replace them. She had to buy new frames for 100. One week after getting the new glasses the frame again cracked. Again they made her buy new frames. Poor wuality frames and they cheat cutomets. read more

made an appointment over a week out and when the time finally came, we showed up, on time, and they did not have our appointment listed. i'm not sure what part of, "i'd like to schedule an appointment", they didn't understand when we called. Now have to wait some more, but we'll be waiting at another place. probably watched $800 walk out the door. now, how do i get them to stop texting me with ads? read more

This place is a horrible fu**ing joke. I came in on April 15th for my eye exam. From the very first experience, I should have known to take my business elsewhere. Twiddle dee and twiddle dumb who were working the front desk could not even verify insurance. Why do I have to tell you what my vision plan covers? I thought that was your job? I was told my eyeglasses would be in in 10 days. Well today is May 1st and I have not heard from anyone. Only to call and find out that my order was not sent to the lab until April 25th. Now I see why this place had no customers and begged me to let them service me. I should have known when I saw another customer in there complaining that the DR would not give her her prescription so that she could get contacts elsewhere. Save you time and money and go elsewhere. This place is a joke. Go here if you would like to be cheated out of your money and time. Very pissed off customer....... read more

Eye land Vision is a great place besides everything being a little pricey. If you a person with Medicaid you have to still pay something out of pocket everywhere else I've been before I've always seen Medicaid depends on the provider will do full coverage but not this place. I love the doctor she's very focused on whatever she does as well as professional. She's only available on Thursdays so all appointments has to be made then which another thing I dislike but overall it's okay. read more

Took my daughters glasses to get a screw tightened beginning of March and walked out with a screw that stuck out past the screw setting and melted frame arm. Not even a month after (end of March), the same screw setting broke completely off and the glasses were unrepairable according to them . They would not replace her glasses. I had to buy a new pair. The new pair broke mid April and I tried to order a new pair for a month. Kept being told they had to ask the Dr and call me back. Never did. Finally got the glasses ordered when I went into the office and was told it would be a week for them to come in. Going on 3 weeks now and still no glasses. I called 5 times today and each time was told they would call back or the Dr was at lunch (at 4 pm). Now they tell me they don't make those. I informed them I bought them from them less than 6 months ago. Their response was "oh uhhhhh well I guess they don't make them anymore". Years of buying glasses with them for my whole family, I will not be going back to them ever again. read more

Dr. Lambert Duong is a very soothing Doctor. He assisted both myself and my aging father who has memory problems. He was gentle with my Dad and assisted him with the eye exam. I like that he takes time to go over your exam findings and has a path forward when follow up is needed. Great service at the Katy TX location. read more

Terrible. I had been a customer since 2006 under different staff. I showed up for my appointment today and was told they could not verify my insurance. After waiting 45 minutes, I found that they did not have my correct information. Did I mention I had been coming here since 2006? So even after correcting my information (I think it was corrected, not sure, I did not make the correction myself, nor did I see what was on the screen) they were still unable to verify my insurance. I suggested to the office staff that I could pay cash for the exam so that I would not be late for my next appointment and then we could figure the insurance out later. I was told to go ahead and take a seat in the waiting area so they could finish what they were doing, then they can process my information. Apparently, Eyeland Vision is doing soooo well, they don't need my business anymore after 9 years, even if I offer cash. I will not beg them to be their customer. Goodbye. read more
