In my case, I purchased them on the 26th but didn't receive them until 5-6 days later, which significantly reduced the time I had to decide whether they were right for me. When I attempted to return them, I was told they could not be accepted because they had been worn. However, there was absolutely no damage, scratches, or signs of wear--they were simply tried on and worn briefly to determine whether they were a good fit. The glasses were returned in like-new condition. For premium-priced sunglasses, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach. Instead, I felt the policy was applied in a way that favored the store rather than the customer. Before purchasing from this location, make sure you fully understand the return policy and how they calculate the return period. If you're spending hundreds of dollars on sunglasses, it's worth doing your research and considering other retailers with more customer-friendly return policies.

Very difficult to find an opto store that can do soldering repairs. I called at 2:30 on a Friday and inquired with a gentleman, said they were open until 6, yes took walk-ins.
