We walked in and got NO greeting. There was one woman working with a customer who didn't even look up until we seated ourselves. She didn't sanitize the seat between customers and with Covid and the current situation, it was very alarming. Found this open spot and was so excited for a brow clean up. For starters, the woman working was not there and had gone to lunch with no notice outside so i had to wait. Affordable prices. However, I'm not sure how to feel about the brows. I'm leaving with thinner brows than I arrived with.. they don't look horrible but just not what I was expecting. At least hair grows back. I hate to do this but I have to say I came to have my eyebrows done because it's always been a good experience however, she was a little rough with me or the string was too thick or course I felt like it was stinging and then later on my forehead was red. My brow were clean but it really hurt. I had treated my mother and she complained of the same sensation but her eyebrows were really raw it was like she had blistered from it and the only way we could get the swelling down was with the the after pool aloe Vera treatment and that wasnt doing the trick so we used Butt Paste Boudreaux...we are still in disbelief of just how burnt my mother's brow and frow area was. PS she is now trying witch hazel because the burn over her left eye is still not healed...can't believe it's been 2 months. read more

This was my first time getting anything done to my eyebrow so it was a great first experience. She did my eyebrows perfectly and I left the place loving it. Also, I am a deaf person so how she communicated with me by tapping on my arms to let me know she was done. Perfect, perfect, perfect! I was visiting in town from Sacramento for the holidays and needed to get my eyebrows done before a Christmas party. Based on the reviews, I chose this location. I always ask to keep my same shape of eyebrows and just have them cleaned up. I recently spent months growing out parts of my eyebrows to make them slightly thicker since they used to be very thin. I walk in to find two people ahead of me...no big deal. There was only one woman working and right away, she seemed kinda rude to the two ladies in front of me. I should have taken this as a sign and walked out but decided to give her a chance. She did my left eyebrow first and it turned out okay. Immediately when she started the right eyebrow, she went and answered the phone (it was a personal call). She proceeded to thread my eyebrow while on the phone. Turns out the right eyebrow is now significantly thinner than the left and all the time I spent growing it out was wasted. Based on her attitude and the quality of the eyebrow threading I experienced, I will never return here again. I suggest you take your business elsewhwre also. read more

This place is horrible, I can't believe that they actually have good reviews. I gave them another shot because I was in a pinch. Once again they provided the fastest sloppiest job ever. Ladies take your time and have some pride in your work !!!!! They completely fudged up my brows. Been coming to this location as well as the one in riverbank for a few months. Always love how my brows come out and the service I receive. However only 3 stars because today I walk in the woman behind the desk doesn't even look up or acknowledge me. A minute later I sit down she takes maybe 2-3 minutes to do my upper lip and eyebrows. Very rushed job and she didn't even remove the loose hair let alone put baby powder or aloe to help with my red sensitive skin. Won't be here again. read more
