Rajani is the best! I always wait for her. I also do the 3 month subscription. It's basically all you can thread eye brows and upper lip. You can choose the recurring package you want by selecting from their menu. Once you thread, you won't go back to waxing or whatever. read more

This place has great package deals. I spend about $55 for 3 months of eyebrow services. It may seem like a lot but I actually come every 1.5-2 weeks to touch them up again. The staff is very friendly and explain all the packages in detail. You have to come in and write your name down on their check-in sheet and they call you up in order. Typically in the evening I see about 3 people working there at a time. I didn't realize that my membership would auto charge every 3 months so please keep this in mind if you do sign up for anything! Also, the reason why I gave the place a 4 Star is because it was hard to explain the modification to how I wanted my eyebrows threaded. I do laser hair removal on my face, but this does not include under the eyebrows. I have had to remind whoever is doing my eyebrows that day to not thread above or in the middle of my eyebrow. This has happened about 3 times now unfortunately. They end up accidentally trying to thread above the eyebrow or middle which messes up the growth of my hair when I'm doing laser hair removal. I'm hoping they understand now and will be more aware. They are used to going so fast and threading everywhere out of habit, but I don't think that's an excuse for a customers modification ask. In the end, they are very good at threading and very friendly though and would still recommend them as a go to place for threading! read more

( I was at the doorstep at 6.40 pm to be exact) And she refused to do my eyebrows as they close 15 minutes before the actual time??!! Wtf never heard anything like that... I even pleaded her to accommodate me... I am canceling my membership soon and letting all my girlfriends know about this incident so no one goes there from our circle. read more

I have used Eyebrows Plus on several occasions and the service is excellent, the aestheticians are polite and thorough, surrounding are pleasant and the wait times are usually short. Overall, excellent. However, some of their business practices are less than desirable. When I bought my first multiple package, it was not mentioned to me that the tip included in the package is received by the aesthetician that sells it and is not delivered to future practitioners. I put a 20% tip on that $100+ package, only to find out my next practitioners received nothing. This was not mentioned by the selling person of course. When I recently purchased a Platinum Membership 6 month package, it was explained to me as simply an unlimited package lasting 6 months. A recurring contract WAS NOT mentioned Then I recieved a call today from Kamoe requesting a review of their services, I said they were excellent. She then informed me they would be charging my card for membership every six months IN PERPETUITY. When I looked at my paperwork, I had indeed initialed a fine print stipulation that this was a recurring contract. It must be cancelled 15 days before expiration IN WRITING. I told her I did not wish a recurring payment on my credit card and she said she would " make a note". I'm not sure what this means. I'm afraid not to cancel in writing, as that is what is stipulated. I should have read the contract more carefully, and tipped at the time of services In order not to cancel my current services, I will need remember to write an official email in 6 months to be sure I'm not charged another $194.00. I've been going to this place since 2012 but I never bother to check them on yelp (I only go on yelp when I'm unhappy about my experience). So finally today I got my eyebrows done again and my upper lip. I'm so happy about them. I always leave here feeling fresh and clean. "Eyebrows on fleek" as what they say (lol). I was super happy that I felt like I needed to give them a 5 star review on yelp. To my surprise, I saw they have really bad reviews which I don't get because I also work here in the mall and I always see them busy. They always do a great job with my eyebrows; my eyebrows are my life so I don't just let anyone touch them. I always get compliments on them! I feel sorry for anyone who experienced bad service but these reviews don't bother me and I will continue to go here and recommend to everyone who asks me where I get my eyebrows done or just about anyone. read more

I stopped by here because I was already in the mall and thought why not try it out. I was in and out in 10 minutes on a Sunday morning around 11AM. I thought that the woman who did my eyebrows did a great job. I appreciated how she was careful not to press her hands or the thread onto my eyelids which is a common issue I have experienced at various eyebrow threading places. Four stars for the convenience and the OK price of $15. They also have a 3 month for $50 membership which seemed like a great deal, but I passed on it because I'm not sure how often I'll be in the area. read more

Forgot to add in my previous experience that the aestetician, I could tell was a smoker, and when dealing with customers at such a close proximity - you should def invest in some mints! This was definitely not a great experience for me since she was breathing in my face the whole time. It's gross and I was not at all happy about this experience as a whole. read more

I moved away from my old eyebrow lady in Hercules & needed a new one so I took my chances coming here back in October of 2014. I now will not go ANYWHERE else! I usually don't get them done if SUNITA isn't working, she does an amazing job with my naturally thick eyebrows. I've only gone to one other girl who did a good job, but not as thorough as Sunita. I recommend all my friends & anyone who asks (it happens often!) to come here. May I add that I get complimented on my brows very often, that's proof she's great! read more

I just went here to get my chin and upper lip threaded. I will probably not return because despite there being no other customers, the woman who did the threading had me wait for a little bit while she was texting someone on her personal telephone. The other woman working there had to tell her twice to stop before she even noticed I was there. She then kept commenting that I have ingrown hairs from tweezing and shouldn't do so. And then proceeded to ask at like four times if I wanted to sign up for a membership. I was there for maybe ten minutes, so I found this ridiculous. I understand that they are attempting to have repeat customers, but I did not appreciate the comments about tweezing nor the continual push for me to sign up for a membership. Especially given that the threadist missed a lot of hair on my chin. This place was overpriced too. $10 for just chin is a rip off. read more

I used this place as my last resort due to the quality. I happened to stop in today and asked the girl specifically to keep my eyebrow shape and thickness and just asked for a clean-up. She ended up making it extremely thin and I expressed my disappointment as she was checking me out, she had the nerve to ask me for a tip, I said I am OK and she persisted to check my package and said to me that you didn't have tip added so would you like me to charge your card or will you give me cash. I, once again said I was ok. It's one thing to remind your customers about gratuity and another to persistently ask for tip in "cash" after the customer expresses their disappointment. I typically never rate on yelp but this one really got me! Extremely disappointed and wish I can give zero stars. read more

This place is not worth it. I agree with the comments on the previous review. Service is poor and there is no consistency. The girls who work there have a very poor skill set. Trust me as I know what a well threaded eyebrow looks like after so many years of getting it done. Every time I go home and check, there are so may missed spots. I feel they do it purposely. I'm especially not fond of this one particular girl out there, don't know her name but she wears a nose ring. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR BROWNS DONE FROM HER. Every time I get it done form her, she criticizes the previous person who did my eyebrows. So i thought maybe I should get it done from here the next time as well to see her reaction. To my surprise she said it again and i told her that she was the one who did it the last time. She refused to believe and said she wouldn't do such a weird job. How stupid is that... I've been coming here for 2 years now and I always leave feeling more groomed! No matter who I get they all do a consistent lot good job on my eyebrows and I leave satisfied. I find the pricing affordable for both lip and eyebrow service. Also, I I like the location so I can stop by while I'm shopping and not have to travel far just for one thing. I haven't purchased neither a membership nor a punchcard yet which gives you pretty good deals but I feel in the future I may since I am trying to get them done more regularly. read more
