The place itself was huge and seem to have a big clientele as they were busy. However, calling earlier to ask if I could have an appointment seem to have worked because when I walked in, they took me right away. The entire vibe of this place was super calming and relaxing. No loudness, no craziness which is something that I appreciated. The lady that helped me, her name was Sarah and she was awesome! Her hands are golden and she was very gentle with me. I got my girlstache waxed and my eyebrows threaded. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows and she did not disappoint. She cleaned up my eyebrows and was very thorough. Nice clean lines and while I did hear the thread break a couple of times, she was able to get more thread and kept it moving with breaking a sweat. It was great. As far as my lip wax, she was super thorough, taking great care in waxing and ensure that there was nothing else left over. When she was putting on the aloe vera gel, she gives your eyebrows and your face a little message and it felt so good. It really helped me to relax and enjoy the experience. I really, really enjoyed my time at this salon. It was my first time trying it today but it won't be my last. Prices are decent and I tip too so if they continue to be as good as they are today, I will continue to give them my service. I came to this shop when they had less than five customers and now it appears as though the owner has her head high in the clouds. I ended up leaving and will never return. Ive had pedicures, manicures, and paraffin treatments done, and I love all of them. I tend to get hangnails, so I always ask them not to cut my cuticles. Thank goodness they listen! Other places sometimes cut my cuticles even when i ask them not to. Another perk is that they always have a movie going. Its always on silent, but the captions are on. I love that because I prefer a quieter salon experience, yet I still get entertainment.

I had a gift card for a manicure and pedicure and was told over the phone they could only fit me in for the pedicure that day, but that I could come back the next day for the manicure at no additional charge. Sounded reasonable -- until I showed up. Suddenly, they tried to tell me that splitting the services would cost more because the gift card included a discount for doing both at once. I was furious -- I had just confirmed with them by phone that this wouldn't be an issue. After pushing back, they reluctantly said they could do the manicure, but only if it happened at the same time as my pedicure. Mind you, there wasn't a single other customer in the salon and I arrived well over an hour before closing. The service itself was rushed, impersonal, and I felt like they couldn't wait to get me out the door. In fact, they basically kicked me out 30 minutes before their posted closing time, again, despite the place being completely empty. Save yourself the frustration -- there are too many other salons in the area to waste time or money here. I'll never go back.

Found this one on Yelp and decided to book an appointment. I was happy to see that COVID-19 precautions in place as I am a nurse that specializes in infection prevention and control. Screening was done prior to the appointment. Facemask and gloves used. The place was clean, sanitary, and organized. I was also reassured that blades were used strictly for one person and disposed thereafter. I have to apologize because I forgot her name but she did an amazing job with my thinning and dull eyebrows!! She truly listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. She's also the only one who noticed my uneven eyebrows and explained her plans to fix this concern. A numbing agent was used liberally so I did not feel a thing!! Even when it started to wear off; and believe me, I have low pain tolerance. As someone who is a perfectionist, I loved that she used a tool to ensure perfectly even brows. So happy how they turned out; fuller, even and alive!! Very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend her services!!

I went in just for an acrylic removal and asked for a nail trim/manicure. I assumed that meant my nails would be cut, buffed, shaped, and that my cuticles would be taken care of. However, I was disappointed with the actual service. Not all of my nails were clipped, they weren't shaped, and my cuticles weren't done. I did ask for my nails to be cut all the way down, and while I understand limitations with my broken nail, the rest didn't turn out how I expected. I didn't say anything at the moment because I wanted to give it a chance, but I ended up leaving unhappy.
