I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment and we got started a few minutes after 5:30. The massage ended at 6:23 for me to change. The starting time was totally on me, but I was expecting to at least go until 6:30. I've seen several massage providers in town, none of whom cut the service time short. I guess you sign up for 60 minutes and get less than 50? My one focus area request was jaw & upper back, but I ended up with much of the hour being about my mid back and a mediocre foot massage (I asked for more pressure and more pressure was used at first, but quickly went back to light pressure). Maybe the last 5 minutes or less was focused on my neck/jaw/shoulders. The pressure during the rest of the massage was good, so not sure what happened with feet. They offered me their wellness package three separate times and I declined each time. The sales push is a turn off - if I say no, please accept it. Overall decent for something last minute but I'll be back to my regular place next time!
