She told me that I owed $600 if I wanted to get lenses, & was very rude & dismissive to me, & I left in tears. I immediately got on the Internet, - surprise! - I was right!! She's charging people who have Medicaid for the lenses, & visit, that's FRAUD, I ask you to go somewhere - ANYWHERE - else for your optical needs!

She's friendly, explains what she's doing, and takes time to answer questions without acting rushed. She also screens for color blindness, which is an important test, but I've never been tested by a clinical provider. She is also aware of vision accessibility tools, including phone settings, which is a nice plus for people who might need that support or suggestions. The admins are kind, helpful, and patient.
