Kevin really stepped up and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in and did an amazing job. What stood out most was his follow-up and attention to detail. He genuinely cares about his customers and their experience. The entire staff was also very friendly and helpful, and they carry a great selection of eyewear. There's also ample parking, which makes visiting easy and convenient. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. We recommend them to everyone and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

The one thing that threw me was at check in - of the multitude of stuff you have to sign they request that you sign that they can upgrade your visit to an ER visit if the staff feel it's needed. I asked to opt out and not sign that form - which was allowed. The issue with this can be that the visit would be billed as an ER visit but not covered by your insurance as such, leaving you to cover the gap in coverage. We didn't have this issue here - but I would opt out.

What was unusual was that you didn't wait for your number to be called after ordering from the kiosk. Here you went up to the counter with your receipt and then your order was assembled. I can't recall that being a thing at any other Costco but that is apparently how they do it here in Gypsum! Thankfully despite the unusual ordering process, the food was just as good as any other Costco.
