The purchase date was March 25 which, as of the date of this review, is almost a month. Today, I went back to the store which is the fourth time to find out where my glasses are. The three previous trips I was told they "are in transit". I also discovered they went to a lab in Mexico which they were encouraged to use. Today, I was informed they were out for delivery and had been shipped the 20th, yesterday. The delivery could be affected by customs. My concerns are: 1- Being told three times previously they were in transit when they had not yet been sent. 2- why wasn't I told they were being assembled in Mexico which could delay arrival? 3- why utilize Mexico when it takes longer especially considering processing through customs? 4- why wasn't the store monitoring the fulfillment instead of my going to the store 4 times and getting false information?

At the follow-up visit, my contacts were switched to another brand, and the office staff managed the switch for me. Prior to my appointment, I asked that they obtain a trial pair of colored contact lenses, and they agreed with no problem. I've been wearing glasses since I was 14 and contacts since 18. My previous optometrist retired and I struggled to find a new doctor. I'm glad that I found Dr. Brillante.

It was important that my kids received the exact same prescription lenses as written on their RX because they are needed for school. Fortunately, after searching around for hours I discovered Lilburn Family Eyecare and read the reviews about their Optician Troy Weber. I emailed him a few times, he provided prices and the estimated time of 2-3 weeks to receive the lenses, so I stopped by the office to see him. Troy was awesome, explained everything to me, and I provided him the frames, and later that evening I brought in my kids so he could take a measurement. This was a Friday, and because of after-school activities I was in a rush to get to their office before they closed, and I just missed it by like one minute, but he was still there and took the measurement. Troy sent off the glasses and surprisingly had them the very next week. Wow, that was fast. When I brought in my kids to pick up the glasses, Troy was speaking with a client and Dr. Amin went to get the glasses and made sure everything fit properly. Best of all, my kids love their new glasses, and they can SEE!!! Troy even recommended a product to use so that when my kids are in school wearing their mask and their glasses fog up, it prevents it (No Fog Cloth), and it really works. Optician Troy and Dr. Amin are outstanding and so is the front staff. If you are looking for a high-quality eye care center that handles everything, this is 1000% the place to visit. TIP: This office is located right next to the new Lilburn Police Department off Lawrenceville Hwy. You will see a bunch of brown brick office buildings. On April 16, 2025, I purchased three pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several missteps: a lack of guidance on titanium frame availability, incorrect sizing (I typically wear 52mm but was given 55mm), and no clear explanation of lens upgrade options. I left the store frustrated, second-guessing my choices. But then came Yaacov. During my follow-up visits on April 27 and May 9, he not only addressed every issue--I genuinely felt heard, valued, and respected as a customer. Yaacov facilitated a return with zero hassle, corrected the fit on my prescription sunglasses, and even added nose pads to improve comfort--all with a level of attentiveness and professionalism that went far beyond expectation. By 1135 i had enough. I went to DHEC to purchase my first pair of progressive glasses. The staff that helped were…read morewonderful and helped me to pick out frames. However, the 7 day return policy is not flexible enough. When it comes to progressives, you need a few days to adjust to them. If there's a problem, one needs time to return to the store, find out that the prescription might be wrong, reschedule another ophthalmologist appt, and then return again with a new prescription. For people who work, it is not possible to miss so much work--or get another doctor's appointment so quickly--and return to fix the glasses. I spent a few hundred dollars for unwearable glasses because I work full-time and could not get back into the store with a new prescription within 7 days. I had to wait another year before I could address this due to insurance coverage. I recommend DHEC for standard glasses and the outstanding staff, but if you need progressives that might need some adjustments over time, you might want to consider a place with a more lenient policy.

I continue to be pleased with the level of medical service I receive here. The wait was reasonable. I will say that depending on the front office staff on duty on a given day, the level of professionalism will vary. They have a team that is ON IT and another team that is ... present. I won't hold that against the Dr's but they should be aware of this. The wait time was reasonable, the staff was mostly professional and my experience continues to be pleasant. And since my old Dr refused to see me when I had an emergency, they just may be my new one.

I will take it every time because he is worth dealing with 85 traffic.
